Regine, Luxury Apartment in Historic Village, 100 Metres from the Canal Du Midi
Built between 1850 and 1890, this lovely old house has been converted into two apartments, each with a very different ambiance. The apartments offer a view of the daily activities of residents and tourists. Both are 50 square meters with high ceilings and large windows facing the street. The bedrooms lead off the living room. The en suite showers are very large and the space is well designed. The kitchens are fully equipped with lots of counter space for creating your favorite delicacies. A secure lock up for bicycles is available on request.
This first floor apartment has been fully renovated. Great care was taken to preserve the original features - old tiles, fireplace (now only decorative) and shutters. The three double doors and kitchen window have been replaced with double glazing. The combination of the wood furnishings, dining table and chairs and selection of new comfortable sofa and chair all invite you to relax as soon as you arrive. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with lots of counter space for those who enjoy cooking.

We relocated to Capestang in 2008 having lived in Cape Town from 2003 to 2007 and 25 years in San Francisco prior to that. We love living in this working village and enjoy all it offers.

With our wonderful location midway between the Canal du Midi and central square in the village you can easily stroll on the canal or enjoy a coffee or glass of wine in the square.
