In the heart of Friuli, near Udine, Casa Emeri & Ina is pleased to welcome its guests, both for holiday and for work reasons. The property is located in Martignacco, is surrounded by 7000 square meters of land with vineyard, orchard, vegetable garden, plants, flowers and pets and is adjacent to a typical Friulian court, with a large courtyard and parking space also covered. You will find tranquility, well-being and courtesy. In our structure pets are always welcome, as long as they are clean and silent.

Wonderful stay

This house is wonderful for family holidays! There are 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, swing set in the garden - everything you could want and sparkling clean. Also ideally located for a holiday in Friuli, close to Udine and interesting villages. Generous hosts who are always available and responsive.

Very nice and cozy stay

We were kindly welcomed by the hosts. Even when we didn't know our exact arrival time the quick responses to our messages made the check-in procedure very smooth. The apartment has a nice charm, has everything you need to get into the vacation mindset and is very clean & spacious for two guests. Overall, the friendly atmosphere and location call for a full recommendation to spend your holidays.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, qui restent à l'écoute ,disponibles et de bons conseils durant le séjour ,mais aussi très discrets ! logement au top de propreté. Équipement, linge de maison, tout est parfait ! la propriété est très calme, et le village dispose de commerces ( on vous conseille la latteria toute proche, la boulangerie et la gellateria). Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Frioul, qui était notre objectif.

Alles ok wie beschrieben.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung lag in parkartiger Umgebung mit morgendlichem Vogelkonzert von 4 bis 6 Uhr. Abends ging es mit dem Vogelkonzert weiter, hinzu kamen noch Flugvorführungen von Fledermäusen. Die Wohnungsausstattung entsprach voll der Beschreibung. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger waren auch sonntags reichhaltig. Die Lage war ruhig, aber für uns verkehrsgünstig, weil wir jeden Tag Auto-Ausflüge nach allen Himmelsrichtungen machten.

Trés bel appartement au centre du Frioul.

Appartement vaste, confortable et très propre. Grand calme au milieu de la campagne. Bien placé pour atteindre facilement les différents lieux touristiques du Frioul. Proximité de nombreux commerces. Accueil très agréable des propriétaires, qui habitent sur place et restent disponibles. Il ne manque qu'un peu de matériel de cuisine pour attribuer la 5ème étoile !

Pulito, nel verde, molta cordialità, e in ottima posizione.

Non ci siamo fermati molto, ma il posto è molto tranquillo. Per spostarsi serve un'auto, ma la posizione è a "quattro passi" da autostrada, centro commerciale, e vicino al centro città.
