Beautiful apartment with fantastic sea views

Accommodation
The apartment is located in the village of Morro Jable, in the south of Fuerteventura, in a quiet area on the way to the marina.
The house has two floors, in the lower is the kitchen, a toilet, and the living room, as well as a large and wonderful terrace with garden where you can enjoy views of the sea and the marina. On the terrace you can enjoy all year round the wonderful climate of the island, whether sunbathing in the hammocks in the garden, or eating or dinner at the outdoor table. The lounge is equipped with two comfortable sofas and television with satellite connection to international channels as well as the usual channels of the Spanish DTT.
If you prefer it is also possible to eat at the table inside the room. The kitchen has a fridge, hob and microwave as well as everything you need for cooking. On the ground floor there is also a room with washing machine to wash clothes.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a nice bathroom with shower. The small bedroom has two comfortable single beds and fitted wardrobe. The large bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a small table ideal for working with the laptop or checking the mail. The room has air conditioning for the hottest days. This bedroom gives access to another very pleasant terrace with fantastic sea views, which is equipped with a table and a couple of chairs, and which is ideal for enjoying a drink while watching the sun set on the horizon.
The apartment is very bright and equipped and tastefully decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Services
Initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, this would have an hourly price. For stays of less than 7 nights the final cleaning has an extra charge of.
We received the guests personally. We can be reached by e-mail or telephone during your stay if you need us.
When you book with us, if you wish, we send your email account (Gmail only) an invitation to a virtual map which contains a lot of recommendations and suggestions on where to eat, what to do and what to visit in the south of the island .

Surroundings
The apartment is in Morro Jable, south of Fuerteventura. Its location will allow you to have all the tranquility you are looking for, but without giving up being close to the beach, shops and restaurants, which are within 10 minutes walk.
The south of Fuerteventura is an ideal place to practice scuba diving and snorkeling, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, cycling, etc. It is also the perfect place to simply relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Europe and the typical Canarian gastronomy in the many restaurants that are near the house.

How to get around
If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday on the beach you do not need a car, there are buses and transfers that make the direct route from the Airport to Morro Jable and you can also do it by taxi, albeit at a much higher price. If you come by boat, the taxi ride from the pier to the apartment will be about 10 minutes and costs less than € 10.
If you want to know the island and get lost by its coves and corners, then it is advisable to have a car to be able to move freely. We also provide our clients with a virtual map with all the recommendations of what to see and do in the South of the island, with suggestions on beautiful beaches and little known coves, among others.

House Rules
The Check in time is at 16:00 and the Check out is at 12:00. However, we can be flexible with schedules, as long as there are no entries or exits from other customers. Please consult us with your expected arrival and departure times.
The property is rented out for smokers, but smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Please do not throw cigarette butts into the garden.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
It is necessary to deposit a security deposit of € 200 in cash to be paid when making the reservation, which will be returned upon departure once it has been verified that there are no damages in the house.

The minimum stay is usually 7 nights, but at certain times it is possible to stay less nights paying a supplement for the final cleaning. Ask us in this respect indicating your expected arrival and departure dates.
