Fantastic premiere apartment with sea views

Modern brand new apartment of 40 m2, with all the services and located in central zone, with excellent views to the sea and to 100 m. Of the beach and near the Carreiron Natural Park. It has a garage with elevator to the floor - without barriers from garage and porch and the complex has a private garden, playground. The environment is ideal for rest and sports. It is fully equipped and has 1 bedroom with double bed 1. 80 (also can be configured with two beds of 90 single beds on request) and fitted wardrobe, 1 living room with sofa and TV 43 ", dining room for 4 people and kitchen fully equipped with Oven, washing machine, dishwasher, combi, coffee maker, toaster, juicer ... The sofa converts into a comfortable 2-seater bed (Italian system of 1. 40 mx 2 m). The bathroom is complete, has a 1.70 bath and hair dryer. In the immediate vicinity are all services: Supermarket, Pharmacy, Health Center, Bars Restaurants ect.
In the immediate vicinity you can play sports, and 300 m. There is a point where you can rent bikes, kayaks, snorkel and various adventure activities.

Nice Apartment

The stay was very nice. The apartment had all the typical amenities and was in very good condition. The apartment is very close to the ocean and within a short walk of quaint town restaurants and shops. Isabelle our host was great.

Ideal para pasar unas semanas de relax en la isla

Todo perfecto. Muy amables desde antes de la entrada hasta después de irnos. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y nuevo. Muy funcional y ubicado en el centro de la isla, a 5 min de muchas de las maravillosas playas que hay en la misma. Repetiremos seguro!

Es un apartamento magnifico: muy bien equipado, cómodo y agradable. Limpieza exquisita. La verdad es que hemos estado muy agusto. El apartamento está en un zona estupenda. Los propietarios han sido personas muy amables y muy correctas. Os agradecemos vuestra atención. Nos dio pena marcharnos y nos encantaría volver. La isla es un gran descubrimiento.
