This property is nestled in the middle of an olive grove with open views to the surrounding hills, bathed in the sun of the French Riviera. It provides complete privacy and an amazing infinity pool which the whole family will enjoy!

This desirable, recent “Bastide”, is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in close proximity of the medieval village of Valbonne with restaurants, shops, and weekly provençal market. The bastide offers 210m2 of living space, comprising an entrance hall, large lounge with fireplace and cathedral-style ceilings, dining room, large, equipped kitchen ideal for lovers of the culinary art form, and two large, double bedrooms with en-suite.
Upstairs: large double bedroom with its dressing area and large bathroom, along with the 4th and 5th double bedrooms, equally with en-suites.
South and West facing, the grounds of about 3000m2 are well laid out with good parking area in front of the house, and a large terrace accommodating both a dining area and a lounge area facing the beautiful, unspoiled nature view.
Arranged in large terraces, the garden has areas for play and relaxation. Flanked by deckchairs, the large (9x9) bespoke-designed swimming pool with infinity effect is entirely private, and the boules court can provide many hours of fun for big and small.
Furthermore, there are several exterior parking places and an electrical gate.

A great place for a family holiday

The villa was excellent. The air conditioning made the bedroom s comfy and without it the heat wave would have been hard to bear. Close food shopping, a very nice pool, and a mouth-watering view...all made our stay great. We will certainly consider coming again.

Beautiful house. Great terrace. Stunning pool. Everything we could have wanted for a relaxing 2 weeks. Plenty to see and do but we found it hard to tear ourselves away from the pool in hot weather. Really super.

We spent our summer holidays in the house with two families. Everything was as described on the website. We had many relaxing pool days with barbecues in the evenings. And also went on trips to the nearby hotspots like Grasse, Nice, Antibes and Cannes. The house was spacious, clean and well maintained. A small suggestion: the kitchen could be slightly better equipped; 2-3 XL pots and pans would have made it easier to prepare meals for 10 people. Arnaud was an attentive and friednly host and responded quickly when we needed him. A final note: there are some mosquitoes around, like everywhere in the region. So, you'd better prepare your defense lines for before and some cures for after the bite.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette très belle maison. Sa taille est idéale pour accueillir une grande famille ou plusieurs couples d’amis.Les installations sont de bonne qualité et les espaces communs offrent un grand confort.La piscine, spacieuse et magnifique, donne véritablement envie de ne jamais quitter la maison !Les propriétaires sont attentifs et réactifs en cas de besoin, et la proximité des supermarchés et restaurants est très appréciable.

The villa was perfect for our group of nine people. It has everything you need for your stay: comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen and big bathrooms. Everybody loved the pool, and the Trampoline and ping pong table were nice extras for all of us. The owners were very nice and courteous and we had no problems with the check-in and check-out. Alltogether, we had a wonderful stay there and would totally recommend this villa for everyone.

Fantastisch sfeervol verblijf in statige franse villa vlak bij Valbonne

Deze villa is perfect gelegen voor uitstapjes naar zee, Antibes en Cannes en het mooie achterland van de Provence. Valbonne zelf is een gezellig dorp en op 1 km loopafstand. Het huis heeft een royaal terras met prachtig uitzicht. Het interieur is verzorgd. De keuken is compleet en de bedden zijn prima. Wij waren met 2 gezinnen en hadden alle ruimte. Nous avons passé (13 personnes dont 7 enfants + 2 chiens) un super séjour dans cette villa très agréable et très fonctionnel (1 salle de bain par chambre, la clim dans toutes les chambres, cuisine très fonctionnel). Nous avons apprécié la piscine (surtout les enfants), le calme, les prestations annexes (table ping pong, terrain pétanque...). propriété entièrement clôturé et piscine sécurisée.

Vi kom til et hus der var bedre end det vi havde forventet. Der var legetøj til mindre børn, som gav god adspredelse til et barn på 4 år. Vi ville bestemt gerne leje dette hus igen. Området er smukt og giver mulighed for gode oplevelser både kulturelle og naturmæssige. Indkøbsmuligheder er lige om hjørnet i bil 5 minutter. Vi kan kun varmt anbefale dette hus

Prachtige locatie met alle rust en mooi uitzicht en goed huis.

Zeker een top huis met nog veel potentie. De keuken is gedateerd maar werkt goed.Garage verdiend een schoonmaakbeurt (oude spullen opruimen) De garagedeur klemt en daardoor werkt afstandsbediening niet om hem open te laten gaan. Erg mooi en groot zwembad. (aanbeveling is om de zwembadbeheerder vaker het PH/Chloor gehalte te laten bekijken ivm grote van het zwembad, verdamping door warmte. Goede slaapkamers met goede bedden en airco die prima te regelen is. goede badkamers en genoeg badhanddoeken. Wij hebben genoten van het huis en het dorp Valbonne en ook overige omgeving! Prachtig gebied om te verblijven met allerlei bezienswaardigheden. zeker een aanrader. Prijs kwaliteit verdiend een dikke 7,5. Hartelijke groet, Joris

Superbe maison

en quelques mots, il s'agit de l'un des plus beaux séjours que nous avons passé dans cette belle région du sud. De part sa localisation, au centre des plus grands points touristiques des Alpes maritimes en même temps située dans un coin paisible avec grande vue sur les hauteurs,, sans vis à vis et sans aucune nuisance sonore, la localisation de la villa était parfaite pour se reposer tout en profitant des activités aux alentours. Les plages d'antibes de cannes et Nice sont à 20/30 minutes ce qui nous a valu plusieurs haltes lorsque nous profitions assez de la grande piscine. Nous avons pu profiter également des marchés nocturnes de Grasse, Villeneuve loubet ou Nice a quelques km. Nous avons apprécié la taille de la maison en particulier, les salles de bains dans chaque chambre qui constituait l'un des conforts les plus recherchées au regard du nombre de personnes que nous étions. Dans l'ensemble l'équipement de la maisonetait suffisant. Petit bémol : la proximité à pied avec les commerces tels que la boulangerie. Ainsi que les pentes en voiture pour rejoindre la villa. Toutefois nous avons su rapidement nous y adapter puisqu'il s'agissait, pour nous, d'éléments et de conditions accessoires a la réussite du séjour. Enfin, il nous a été possible de joindre tres rapidement le propriétaire lorsque nous devions le solliciter pour telle ou telle information complémentaire.
