The 80 square meter apartment is located on the second floor of a terraced house of sole ownership. Recently furnished with contemporary and minimalist taste, it is ideal for four people. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner with necessary dishes and utensils, as well as with various appliances available to guests: electric oven, latest generation induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Lattissima coffee machine for preparing delicious coffees and cappuccinos, american coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (n. 4 beds), hallway with wardrobe, and a well-kept bathroom with shower, sink and services.
The apartment also enjoys a large and livable covered terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sofa, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners or for enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation in tranquility and intimacy.
The apartment is complete with every comfort: hot / cold air conditioning (in the living and sleeping area), mosquito nets, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, LED television (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), and wifi connection (3 GB included).
In addition, the apartment is equipped with new linen for the bathroom, the beds and the kitchen.

About 40 km away is the city of Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019, with its Sassi recognized as a UNESCO heritage site.
A few km away is Metaponto, a seaside resort in the heart of ancient Magna Grecia, famous for the Palatine Tables and its archaeological museum.
Furthermore, in just over an hour's drive you can reach the Pollino National Park, the Lucanian Dolomites and the villages of Castelmezzano and Pietrapertosa, where the more adventurous can experience the thrill of the Angel's Flight.
