IT IS A VERY FAMILY ORIENTED SMALL COMPLEX WHICH HOLDS 8 APARTMENTS AND HAS SECURE PARKING.

Sehr nette Vermieter, sind bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Wir waren zu 8 Personen, leider war die Ausstattung nicht für 8 Personen ausgerichtet. Das Haus ist im etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gehört bisschen erneuert. Außenbereich war ok. Lage der Anlage war nicht optimal ca 20 min. Fußweg zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber so im ganzen waren die 5 Tage angenehm, schön und sehr privat in der Anlage

ESPERIENZA ABBASTANZA POSITIVA, MA…

Un bel gruppo di appartamenti con una discreta piscina e non eccessivamente distanti dal mare. Il nostro appartamento al primo piano aveva un bel terrazzino dove poter mangiare comodamente. È stato però un vero peccato aver trovato l’appartamento sporco, con del cibo nel frigorifero, il bagno sporco, ragnatele e non poca polvere. La sera abbiamo impiegato due ore a pulire l’appartamento: assolutamente inconcepibile ed inaccettabile! Sarebbe bastato semplicemente controllare l’appartamento prima del check-in. Sia chiaro, nessuno pretendeva la sanificazione dell’appartamento, ma una pulizia ed una disinfezione degli ambienti molto accurate dovrebbero essere la prima cosa, specie in tempo di COVID… Inoltre, il bagno era sprovvisto di un semplicissimo appendi accappatoio e di una semplicissima mensola portasapone all’interno del box doccia. Ciò nonostante, abbiamo trascorso tutto sommato delle piacevoli vacanze, ma è scontato dire che questo inconveniente della pulizia ha influito in modo determinante sul giudizio finale del nostro soggiorno. Peccato…

Piscina e relax

Casa confortevole e spazi adeguati ad una famiglia di 5/6 persone. Porticato molto comodo, davanti alla piscina, ottimo per pranzare e cenare all'aperto. Piscina pulita e "divertente" per i ragazzi e rilassante per gli adulti. Punto strategico per visitare Taranto e altri mari al sud della Puglia. La professionista immobiliare Deborah è stata molto disponibile e pronta a risolvere ogni problema. Qualche pecca nella pulizia delle stoviglie, sicuramente dovute al precedente occupante. Nel complesso tutto benissimo!

We are a couple from the UK. My husband is Italian and I am Irish. We were looking for our little piece of paradise in the south of Italy. The food is as amazing as the local people. We had part of a holiday in Marina di Ginosa and loved the place. We contacted a local engineer, builder and solicitor to arrange building a property from the ground up, and we are very proud of the result. We hope you and your family enjoy our property and the local area just as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This property has been built to allow people to enjoy a beautiful part of Italy. It is a great standalone vacation property for a relaxing holiday, but is also a great base to explore the whole south of Italy. Some of our guests have travelled to Pompeii, the Trulli's, the local Gravina in Ginosa which predates the bible! There is an abundance of history and sights to see in this part of the world.

What makes this property unique

The location of the apartments is in a peaceful part of the resort, yet close enough to walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. The pool is exclusive to the residents of the apartments, so semi private. A stone barbecue/oven is on site and available to use by all clients, when coupled with a fully furnished kitchen and outdoor dining spaces, dining at home is an attractive alternative to eating out. Free Wi-Fi is provided across the complex.
