Charming house 6 people

Charming house located in the heart of the village and at the bottom of a private dead end. Exceptional environment, absolute calm and full sun.

A large, convivial room with a living room and a kitchen-dining room opening onto a south-facing terrace. We have lunch outside even in winter!
On the other side of the courtyard, a second house in which is located on the ground floor a large master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room, a separate toilet.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 2 single 90 cm beds each.

The house is ideally located: close to the market and shops.

Great location

Small property around a very pretty courtyard. Upstairs rooms hot at night (fans would solve this). Be aware that the living room is a separate building across the courtyard (only 5m) from the bedrooms which might not be ideal for very young children

Merci pour votre commentaire. Il est bien expliqué dans l'annonce qu'il y a un bâtiment pour salon et cuisine et que les 3 chambres sont dans un bâtiment en face comme c'est souvent le cas à l'ile de Ré. Cela peut être considéré comme un avantage car les chambres sont isolées de la pièce de vie. Effectivement Il faut en tenir compte. A très vite sur notre belle ile.

Tout était parfait sauf le bruit des travaux dans la maison d’en face Les ouvriers commençaient très tôt ( avant 8h )et travaillaient même le week-end

a lovely place

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It is really a very special and unique, cozy place for a family (we have children aged 2 and 4). It is perfectly located, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

Charmant séjour

La maison est située au cœur du village, à pied ou en vélo, tout est accessible (commerces , plages) et au mois de septembre, tout est calme et tranquille, c est un vrai bonheur. La propriétaire et Maguy de charmantes personnes. Merci encore.

Zwei sehr schöne kleine Ferienhäuser mit privatem Innenhof, ideal gelegen im Zentrum von Les Portes. In unmittelbarer Fußnähe alle Läden, Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih und die Bushaltestelle. In der Nachsaison sehr ruhig im Örtchen, Erholung pur!

Es war für einFerienhaus sehr komfortabel. Hochwertige gestaltete Einrichtung.

Das Haus liegt ruhig. Nachts ist es mucks-mäuschen still. Erholung pur. Leider war die Küchenausstattung nicht komplett, auch könnte besseres Porzellan vorgehalten werden. Haken für Küchenhandtücher haben wir selber gekauft und montiert, da vorhandene Haken komplett kaputt waren. Leider gab es in der Dusche schwarze Schimmelpilze. Wir haben zur Entfernung ein Mittel gekauft und im Haus gelassen. Im Ganzen war wir sehr zufrieden und haben das Haus genossen.

Merci pour votre appréciation. Je suis contente que vous ayez apprécié la maison, son calme, la décoration, l'ambiance, l'atmosphère du lieu, la proximité du marché... Je vais regarder plus précisément la vaisselle et remédier aux quelques manques. Pour ce qui concerne la douche, elle très propre c'est juste les traces noires après l'hiver mais nous allons améliorer cela au plus vite. Tout sera impeccable si vous souhaitez séjourner une autre fois aux Portes en Ré. Merci de votre franchise, cela permet d'améliorer et de rendre la maison toujours plus accueillante. A très vite.
