This 2-story townhome has 2 private bedrooms 2 full baths. However the unit will sleep 6 adults comfortably in three beds. One of the beds is a murphy bed located in one of two living spaces. This is a two level condo with stairs in the unit and stairs to access the unit. It might not be appropriate for guests with mobility concerns.
THE UPSTAIRS LEVEL contains a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, kitchen, and living/dining room. There is also a small deck overlooking the mountains. There are a couple of chairs and a small table on this deck. Stairs connect the two levels inside and outside, plus there are separate outside entrances for each level. The inside stairs can be locked off to create two units. THE DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL (ground floor) has a private King bedroom and separate living space with a flat-screen TV. This living space contains the third bed, a queen size Murphy bed. You must pass through this room to reach the downstairs back bedroom or access the indoor stairs. The downstairs also has a mini-fridge, a full bath, washer/dryer as well as a small exterior deck/porch.
