We stayed here for 2 months to escape the winter in a place where I could get my treatments at Mayo. Location was ideal for closeness to Mayo Hospital. Wonderful Unit, close to pool and has covered parking. Well appointed gym, which was seldom busy. Location to shopping and restaurants was ideal. The king size bed is very comfortable. Tom and Michele were great to work with. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great location and unit very comfortable. Well stocked with all new appliances. Grounds and pool area well maintained. BBQ areas were added bonus! Hosts were quick to respond and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Home!

My husband and I found Tom & Michele’s listing while searching for a long-term stay as we moved from the Midwest to Arizona. They were efficient with all communication back and forth as we asked lots of questions beforehand! We lived in their condo for several months while acclimating to the Scottsdale area and finding a permanent residence - it was perfect! Their condo is located in beautiful, safe North Scottsdale, minutes away from anything you could need! Their condo was excellently appointed with everything we needed for a long-term stay. When we had a minor issue with the WiFi, they were quick to support. The condo comes with access to a gym and a pool - both very well maintained! We truly loved our time at Tom & Michele’s condo!!

Fall in Scottsdale

I needed a place to stay in Scottsdale for 2 1/2 months while getting treatment for Lyme disease at the Envita clinic. Tom and Michele's condo was perfect. The gated community is quiet, but extremely close to shopping and restaurants-everything I needed.

We had a great stay at the condo....great location, comfortable getaway.

Tom & Michele were quick to help us out with our questions. The condo was supplied with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to leave early. However, before we left we did a lot of hiking, sightseeing, etc. The pool area is beautiful ....we were able walk to great shopping areas. The grounds are lovely & we had a great time.
