On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one with two beds), a bright entrance, an equipped eat-in kitchen and a lounge with dining corner.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free access to the nearby swimming pool for the summer; heating and working fireplace for the winter.
