Suggestive farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s located in a quiet and vast green area in the hamlet of Tabiago (Nibionno). The house, which has just been renovated both internally and externally, is spread over two floors with a kitchen on the ground floor, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed and a sofa bed in the upper one.
The structure has a large fenced and independent garden, a gazebo and a barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The house has an air conditioning system and a fan on the ceiling both a fireplace and a pallet stove to heat the house.
At guests' disposal there are towels, sheets and essentials for bath and shower, as well as food and drinks for breakfast.

Ideal location for a romantic stay as a couple, with family or friends.

Eigentlich SUPER

Dieser Urlaub war Erholung par excellence, Unterbringung war absolut ok, Platz für Hunde gigantisch und alles tatsächlich umzäunt und nicht nur mit Sträuchern, Klima war super, und die Mutter des Vermieters war so lieb dafür ein Stern mehr. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, und die Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen gibt es viele, jedoch nur mit dem Auto möglich, aber es gibt tatsächlich 2-3 Kritikpunkte. 1. Der Weg zum Haus ist eine Katastrophe und ich war dort mit einem SUV mit Luftfederung nur das hilft den Felgen leider nicht (eine ist jetzt Schrott). 2. Der im Außenbereich befindliche Aufenthaltsplatz unter dem Pavillon sollte mal überarbeitet werden, teilweise wirklich Erneuerung würdig. 3. Ich habe selbst drei Chihuahuas die auch ab und an dem Bellen nicht abgeneigt sind aber die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sind eine absolute Katastrophe das Bellen teilweise 24 Stunden lang. Ich selbst bezeichne uns als sehr tierliebe, aber Punkt drei war für uns am heftigsten. Trotz dessen vergeben wir 4 Sterne da die Vermieter dafür leider nichts können.

Entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Pierre war sehr gut. Auf alle Fragen wurde direkt geantwortet. Das Haus konnten wir sehr gut finden, da Pierre uns ein Video zugesandt hatte. Die letzten 50 m der Zufahrt zum Haus waren von Steingeröll geprägt. Die Sträucher seitlich waren nicht geschnitten, sodass an meinem Fahrzeug Kratzer entstanden. Ich selbst habe anschließend die Äste weggeknickt. Der Rasen auf dem Grundstück war wohl schon länger nicht mehr gemäht. Das einchecken war mittels Safe am Tor indem sich die Schlüssel befanden problemlos. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist schlicht, aber es ist alles da was man benötigt. Im Erdgeschoss findet sich eine Küche mit Kleiderschrank und Fernseher. Prägend im Obergeschoss sind die Bettcouch und ein Sessel sowie ebenfalls ein Fernseher. Leider konnten wir keinen deutschsprachigen Fernsehkanal finden. Ein kleines Bad befindet sich ebenfalls im Obergeschoss. Positiv zu erwähnen das Starterpaket Essen und Getränke als auch die vorhandenen Hygieneartikel, Der Ort Cibrone bietet allerdings nichts. Man benötigt für Einkäufe und Unternehmungen ein Fahrzeug. Etwas nervig auch das ständige Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft. Da wir mehrmals im Jahr Urlaub in Ferienhäusern verbringen, fanden wir dieses Haus vergleichsweise überteuert. Da unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt wurden haben wir den Urlaub nach 5 Tagen abgebrochen.

Un petit coin de paradis à la campagne

Très bel endroit bien situé pour visiter le Lac de Côme et ses environs. La maison et son vaste jardin sont bien entretenus par les propriétaires, ce qui est très appréciable ! Il manque toutefois juste un micro-onde pour faire réchauffer. Merci Pierre pour le très bel accueil et la confiance. Au plaisir et belle continuation.

Het is net verzorgd huisje op een byzondere locatie

Het is een heel net verzorgd huisje in een mooie rustige omgeving en van alle gemakken voorzien. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en je kan met alle vragen bij hem terecht, hij reageert heel snel. Bij aankomst was er iets te eten en drinken. Er zijn mooie plaatsen op een korte rijafstand.

Toller Garten

Riesiger Garten und angrenzend Landwirtschaft. Das Haus hat alles, was nötig ist. Es hat sogar Trinkwasser und Milch, damit man auch ohne Einkaufsladen starten kann. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen, der Hund des Nachbarn ist ein ziemlicher Kleffer.
