A 2,600 Sq. Ft. Southern Log Home located on its own 10 Acres of the Ranch. Just a short walk to the Main Ranch House. The Guest House has (4) Bedrooms each with King Beds; a Den/TV Room with a pull out Futon Sofa; Large Living Room with Sectional Couch and Big Screen TV; Eat-In Kitchen; Dining Room that seats (6); and (2) Bathrooms each with a Tub/Shower. There are front and side porches overlooking the rolling Tennessee Countryside. A back deck seats (8) and has a propane BBQ.

Conveniently located on Music City’s doorstep, so when the Ranch gates close behind you, be ready to enjoy and explore all that Middle Tennessee and the Greater Nashville area has to offer.

Meanwhile “Back at the Ranch” kick off your boots and stay awhile in your own Southern Ranch Log Home, Apartment or Guest Suites.

Your dining choices are many, both the Guest House and the LoneStar Suite have their own full kitchens and BBQs. If you don't feel like cooking be sure to ask about our homecooked Southern meals available for purchase with groups of six or more.

There are many good restaurants in the nearby towns, downtown Nashville has some of the finest dining or simply order in.

There are plenty of grocery stores within a 10-15 minute drive; and convenience stores within 5 minutes. Beer/Wine and mixers may be purchased at the grocery store. Liquor must be purchased at a “liquor” store opened 7 days a week, also only a 10-15 minute drive.

You will find many good restaurants in the nearby towns. Downtown Nashville offers some of the best cuisine and we would be happy to make recommendations for some of our favorite restaurants.

Enjoy a Tennessee Ranch evening around the campfire or head downtown to Broadway to kick up your heels to some of the greatest music Nashville has to offer.

Great getaway from everyday hussle/bustle

Had a great time with family and friends at the ranch. Horseback riding was great! We went multiple times. Beautiful property. Super quiet and relaxing. One of the ranch hands (up & coming country singer) sang for us one evening.. he was fantastic! Cowboy & Deb were wonderful. Great communication all week. We went to downtown Nashville (30 min away) a couple nights and had a great time there as well. Pool was very nice & clean. Mornings were wonderful watching all the horses pass us by.. Really don’t have anything negative to say other than internet and satellite tv were very tough to stay connected at times but I’m assuming it was because of location. That was a very small negative.. we will definitely go back soon! Do yourself a favor and go there! You won’t regret it!

Best Getaway for Everyone

I didn’t want to leave a review that lists all they have to offer, but rather let you know how amazing it is while you are there. You don’t have to love the cowboy life to enjoy this ranch. However, if you do enjoy the cowboy life, beware because you won’t want to ever leave. They have something for everyone here - a pool and bar, hot tubs, horses and donkeys and dogs. Truly a one of a kind place that will melt away all of your woes. I will be back because it was absolutely my favorite getaway of my life. Deb and Cowboy were the absolute best caretakers for this property and you can feel the love they have poured into their little piece of paradise.

In a few words, "the best ever"

Those are the words of my granddaughter. We were in the area for a family wedding with three generations. Twin Oaks looked like an interesting place to stay. Deb, Cowboy, Guerin and the back support team exceeded all expectations. The property and animals are beautifully maintained. If you have a chance ask for the Happy Hour and Family Dinner package. Amazing. The trip was worth ever penny, a 10 out of 10. We will be back!

Best Friends Trip Ever!!!!

We had the best experience with Deb, Cowboy and Guerin! The place was a peaceful oasis. The house was incredible! The horse back riding and lesson were perfect. The southern hospitality was excellent from before we arrived until we pulled out after check out. We are definitely coming back with our families!!! Don't miss a chance to experience Twin Oaks!!!!

Deb and David aka "Cowboy" are your hosts and owners of Twin Oak Guest Ranch. A California city girl/business woman with her heart in the country and a Canadian Rodeo Cowboy went in search of their "Dream Ranch". The criteria were tough - a ranch that was both private and secluded, yet close to an international airport, shopping and entertainment (both love country music). A warm/moderate climate, with lush green rolling pastures for horses, mature wooded forests with creeks and ponds. Plenty of area to ride, bike and hike. A large country log house for family and friends.

This is a very rare, unique ranch and the location that gives you the ability to experience the Cowboy/Cowgirl life by day and kick up your heels to the Nashville music scene by night. From the minute your drive up the 1/2 mile driveway through the pastures to the main ranch house you will know you made the right choice and put everyday life behind you. Serenity and peacefulness are visible and tangible here. Your priorities are about to be reestablished. This is a place where you will feel right at home and be part of our story.
