About this property

The Martin House at Passerine Hills—Retreats, Weddings & Luxury Stays

This is a beautiful 6+ (6 full-bath en suite bedrooms), 6,000+ square foot estate on 200 acres and nestled between fields of green Tennessee farms. Isolated from any city "noise", get ready to experience true serenity.

Enjoy the endless views in the Tennessee country with expansive green acres with countless rolling hills! Perfectly and specifically planned, this home sits quietly, 1/2 mile of the road, at the end of a long tree-lined driveway.

An authentic country experience is waiting for you at Passerine Hills. There’s nothing quite like the true peace and quiet of farm life to help you completely unwind and remember what matters most.

You will be just 20 miles east of the Nashville Airport but you’ll feel like you’re a thousand miles from the rush and responsibilities of city living.

The patio is perfect for a quiet cup of coffee at sunrise and a lively, outdoor get-together with family and friends at sunset. And if you do decide to enjoy the outdoor amenities, we have tons to offer! Many guests enjoy swimming in the pool. hiking, fishing, the private golf green out back, playing a few games of tennis or basketball on our full sized private tennis and basketball courts.

The unique beauty of each season makes Passerine Hills the perfect year-round rental. You can experience the warm breeze, deep greens and fresh blooms of summer and spring, the crisp autumn air with brightly colored trees, or even the cozy, often snow covered, holiday season. Each season brings new beauty for you to experience with family and friends.

Ask about our fall specials, as Autumn is soon to ablaze with the stunning fall colors in the maple trees that surround the home. It’s like walking into an early 19th century painting. A grove of trees in red and gold brighten up the drive. The crisp autumn air calls out for a long walk on a foggy morning, perhaps with a good friend, or just alone with nature's beauty. Take a load off.

So kick off your boots, enjoy the endless views, and breathe in the serenity of Passerine Hills. We look forward to sharing our piece of Heaven with you.

NASHVILLE: It's just a short drive into Nashville, Tennessee the Mecca of American music. With its roots in Country music and early Rock ’n Roll, there is much to take in. An afternoon visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame takes you through American history and the good times that strengthened our country’s unity. Artists from Elvis Presley, Merle Haggard, and Johnny Cash to Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, and many other highlights of Nashville’s nightlife for so many years. You’ll be ready for the evening to see who is “new” on the scene at the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, or the new Opry house. At night, the Broadway strip takes the shape of a large block party, and music pours out the doors of the local entertainment houses.

Great Property! Everything was Perfect!
One of the better properties I have stayed at. Great location, easy check in process, and it had been cleaned very well prior to our stay. 23 of my friends and family were able to stay, and everyone loved it. There is even a putting green and tee box outside! Everything had been prepared for our group, and we absolutely loved it. 10 out of 10 and would 100% take my group here again.

Beautiful family getaway
We reserved Rolling Hills Estate for spring break so we could catch up with extended family. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect environment for the kids to play and for the adults to catch up and recharge. The house was impeccable and Rick was the most amazing host, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The immense yard allowed us to have family soccer games, toss a football around and play with our dogs. We are so grateful we found this incredible property for an unforgettable family getaway.
