About this property
oasis of relaxation not far from the sea, parking in the inner courtyard.
the apartment consists of a large bedroom that has a double bed and a single bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub, a washing machine that can be used by two apartments on the outside, and a beautiful gazebo that can be used for relaxation or for lunches and dinners always in agreement with the other inhabitants of the house.
the apartments are part of a house where my mother and my sister live outside spaces are shared and accessible from all you can park in the courtyard, the house is completely fenced and is accessed via an electric gate
the presence of my family is constant and they live in apartments over two that we rent.
it is a very quiet and safe neighborhood of villas, you can take nice walks even at night. the normal rules of good behavior with the neighborhood must be respected
the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the closest is a beach of white pebbles, if you prefer the sand you have to get to the north of marotta 3 km or to the cesano 5 km really close you will find a fantastic butcher shop, a small bar, a tobacconist, and also a eurospin supermarket and soap and water
Other things to keep in mind
no sheets and towels are provided for the living room.
the town of Mondolfo always organizes nice events in both Marotta and Mondolfo 5 km you can download this app MyMondolfoMarotta or go to the site (URL HIDDEN) to see all the dates and their dates. we have a cute and harmless dog that sometimes walks outdoors, and some duck that lives in a fenced area

Appartamento ben curato unica cosa per noi .....
Preferiamo la sabbia non i sassi quindi dovevamo spostarci in macchina a cesano !
In ogni caso il mare non era vicinissimo 10 minuti piu o meno la spiaggia davanti all Appartamento!
Per il resto era tutto perfetto !
Propietari gentilissimi.

Una delle caratteristiche della spiaggia di marotta sono appunto i sassi bianchi levigati che piacciono a molti ma non a tutti grazie ancora arrivederci a presto

Ottimo specialmente per escursioni nell'interno
Appartamento essenziale ma non mancava di niente di necessario
Proprietari (che abitano al piano di sopra) cortesi e collaborativi
Negozi e supermercato a pochi minuti a piedi
Il mare è aldilà della ferrovia ma è tipico di tutto quel litorale
L'appartamento comunque non risentiva assolutamente del passaggio dei treni
