Amazing Thai Style Wooden Villa with 3 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms, on well Maintained small Beach side Complex, of 6 Villas, with large shared Pool,sited on the unspoiled 3.5 km long, White Sand Beach of Bang Po. Excellent Views over the pool and Gulf of Thailand to Koh Phangan. Ideal for that family holiday or the romantic, get away from it all, you always wanted.
The villa is Well equipped, Furnished and Maintained and is set in a Mature, Neatly Groomed , Tropical Garden.
The stunning Beach is lapped by warm seas and fringed with Swaying Coconut trees.
There are numerous local Shops, Restaurants and Bars within walking distance. The nearest minimarket is 500 kms, as is the nearest ATM.

Beautiful Thai style villa

We had a lovely stay at this villa. Beautiful views from the porches. Lots of space to enjoy family time. Our only complaints were that one of the bedrooms listed 2 twins beds but it actually has 1 king instead. They also do not supply much as far as toilet paper, soaps, garbage bags. The main road is also a little noisy

The villa is rented on a Self Catering basis. We supply sufficient Toilet rolls,tea, coffee, milk etc etc to cover your initial arrival/first night.

Nice house BYO Everything

Good location, on the main highway around the island but not on a super busy drag. The beds were rock hard, only provided sheets and a single pillow per person, and one of the beds was not fully made. There was minimal toilet paper, and the “toiletries” were tiny bottles of super cheap body wash. Towels provided were 1 set per person for 4 days, the cleaning team came and replenished. This is not a luxury villa or stay, Ian was nice but not super responsive. We had a great time using this as a home base but would likely look for something with some additional niceties next time we visit.

On the beach at Samui

Nice beach, house spacious and next to the beach. Unfortunately also next to main road. Very noisy traffic especially noticeable when trying to sleep. We were two couples and wanted two bathrooms, The bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom. The other is downstairs next to kitchen with very weak shower, not ideal. Kitchen is fine and nice patio with sea view. Nice pool also. Not much around, but there are restaurants within walking distance. If you are okay with noisy traffic and one bathroom upstairs, it will probably be fine for you.

Close to main road - too Noisy. We left early.

On the VRBO website, the property looks idyllic and described as ‘beachside’. We asked the host several times to confirm exactly which of the several properties on the resort we would be staying in. The response from the host was vague saying the ‘map location on the VRBO website was in the centre of the resort which is between the beach and a main road’. Another Guest had also mentioned some road noise, hence our request. We have travelled extensively in Thailand but not been to Koh Samui before. As we found out, that main road is constantly busy and very noisy. The property is an old Thai style wooden property which is beautiful, but the walls are paper thin so noise between bedrooms is an issue. We stayed one night and had to move out as it was impossible to sleep due to the incessant traffic noise of motorbikes, cars and trucks. Koh Samui is going through rapid expansion with lots of construction going on. The Villa we stayed in, T6, is next to this main road. The host said there was no noise problem, we completely disagree. We took videos and sound recordings which we have submitted to VRBO customer service and requested a full refund as we fill the advert for this property is misrepresentative. Please be fully informed before you book this villa.

Décor paradisiaque. Ian nous répond dans de bons délais. Très très propre. Enjeux avec eau chaude qui n’a pas été réglé malgré notre demande. Fourniture minimale ( papier de toilette et sac à ordures ). Cuisine bien équipée. Recommandons tout de même l’endroit.

We had a great few days at this place. The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Good location, great beach with a good choice of restaurants close by. Everything was as described and transfers well organised.
