Gîte La Bergerie + mezzanine
At the heart of a hamlet, in the Eyrieux valley, in the regional park of the Monts d'Ardèche, discover our three fully equipped cottages.
Cottage for 4 people, consisting of a main room with kitchen area, a shower room with toilet. A mezzanine which access is by a miller ladder and whose ceiling height is 1m20.
Fully equipped kitchen: gas hob, microwave. Coffee maker. Fridge. Dishes and necessary kitchen.
Sleeping: Sofa bed 140 x 190 cm in the living room. Mezzanine: 2 independent beds in 90 x 190 that can be glued.
Wood stove. Firewood with participation of 8 euros per day of use.
Electrical record of at the beginning and end of stay charged 0,15 euros per kwa.
Terrace equipped with a living room of garden and barbecue.
Accepted animals.
On demand :
Linen package: 9 euros per person.(sheets, pillows, towels, linens for kitchen and bathroom).
End of stay cleaning 30 euros.
Our three cottages are located on a property of 14 hectares, on which we live and work. Small chestnut farm, market gardening and laying hens raised outdoors.
A cheese dairy is present in the hamlet. She offers yogurts, cheeses and other products based on sheep's milk, goats and cows depending on the season.
Shops, markets and restaurants in the village of Saint Sauveur de Montagut located 7 kilometers. You will also find the river with a beach and supervised swimming.
A hiking path passes on the property.
The Eyrieux Valley: In the heart of the Ardèche, this preserved valley between Le Cheylard and La Voulte sur Rhône will seduce you with its unique landscapes. The time of a stay or a small escapade, visit the villages, go hiking, go down the river by canoe, make tree climbing or pedal along the Dolce Via!To admire a breathtaking panorama: breathe the fresh air at Belvédère in Saint Sauveur de Montagut.

Cet endroit correspondait totalement à nos attentes: calme dans une magnifique nature avec de belles balades à proximité.
Le petit gîte était très confortable, avec sa petite terrasse permettant de profiter de la magnifique vue ainsi que du ciel étoilé hors de toute pollution lumineuse.

Pour les hermites
Nous avons été dans l'obligation De repartir très rapidement dû à un problème familial. Néanmoins l’endroit ne nous aurais pas convenu par rapport à nos envies , pas de vie autour, pas de réseau , pas de télévision , pas de wifi, pas de système de chauffage hormis un poêle à bois pour lequel une participation est demandée, malgré tout les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants mais ce n’est pas notre style de fonctionnement.

Toller Gastgeber in idyllischer Lage
Die Wohnung ist zwar eher spartanisch eingerichtet, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Wanderweg führt direkt über das Grundstück und führt in wunderschöne Ausblicke über die Berge.
Ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen, der einen ruhigen Urlaub in idyllischer Lage in der Natur genießen möchte :)
