charming house charentaise renovated (antique furniture, original decor) in a hamlet in Varzay, 11 km from Saintes (32 km from Royan and beaches). Pool of 10M X 5 M on ground wire and out of sight. Heated at 28 °. Salt filtration.
Sleeps 7 people. On the ground floor a large bedroom (bed 160X200), a bedroom (bed 140X190), a large kitchen / dining room (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker filter and coffee maker nespresso), a bathroom with large walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a living room with fireplace. On the floor a big room with two big beds (140X190 and 120X190) and a closed bathroom with WC and washbasin. The house is extended by a large terrace (table, chairs, hammock and deck chairs) and a large unfenced garden (with barbecue) and enjoys absolute calm.

tres bien

très belle location ; conforme a la description avec une belle vue dégagée de la terrasse sur la nature . Piscine chauffée très agréable Les parents des propriétaires sont d une extrême gentillesse et toujours présent en cas de problème mais en étant dans le même temps d une discrétion ce qui est tres plaisant.

Charming and chilling

We had an amazing time in Varzay. The house was charming and felt like a real home; the surroundings beautifull and starry skies at night breathtaking. Chilling in the hammock with Charlie and Peppi (the adorable neighbourhood-cats) and swimming in the gorgeous sea, made our holiday complete. Thanks so much!

lieu propice au repos pour toute la famille

Maison de campagne très agréable avec de beaux volumes et du parquet dans toutes les pièces. Terrasse très agréable et ensoleillée. Nous avons passé un séjour au calme et avons profité des fruits du verger grâce à la gentillesse des parents de la propriétaire. Idéal pour les enfants avec des jeux et beaucoup de livres pour toute la famille. Je recommande cette location et espère y revenir!
