About this property

independent house full nature in Mourèze

The Atelier, former cement tile factory, is an ecological cottage of 80m2 nestled in a small valley of the great site classified Moureze / Salagou, five minutes from all amenities.
The house is on a wooded land of three hectares, near the lake of Salagou, Villeneuvette, Saint Guillem the desert and of course the circus of Mourèze.
Practical access by the A75.
L'Atelier offers two rooms for four to six people. The vast living room with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen is very nice and bright. Bathroom and toilet are separated.
The house, the garden and the terrace are independent and not overlooked.

I can’t recommend staying here enough. Cédric was hospitable, generous, warm and informative. The property is beautiful. The house is naturally cool (in terms of temperature and design), spacious and well kitted out. The surrounding area is beautiful and conveniently located to be able to access nearby sites of interest, villages, markets, wineries, and the like. We had a perfect time. Thank you Cédric!

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr freundlichen und engagierten Vermietern. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen ist der Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Gespräche geführt und super Tipps für Erkundungen der abwechslungsreichen Umgebung bekommen. Un havre de paix

Wunderschönes Haus in der Natur

Wir haben als Familie (3 Kinder: 11, 8 und 5 Jahre) unsere Osterferien in Cedrics Haus verbracht. Hier passt einfach alles: der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und spricht gut Englisch. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geräumig, selbst als es mal längere Zeit regnete konnten wir uns dort gut auf- und warmhalten (dank Pelletofen). Auf dem schönen Grundstück gibt es einige liebe Tiere (Hund, Hühner) die unsere Kinder gleich ins Herz geschlossen haben. Hinter dem Haus geht gleich ein Wanderweg in die Berge hoch, und wenn man 5 Minuten fährt ist man am wunderschönen Cirque de Mourèze - unbedingt anschauen! In ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreicht man Clermont l' Herault und damit Supermärkte, Bäckereien etc. (absoluter Tipp: der Bauernmarkt am Ortseingang!).Viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es in der weiteren Umgebung - angefangen von Villeneuvette, Lac de Salagou, über St. Guilhem und die Gorges de l' Herault, die Grotte Clamouse, oder dann etwas weiter Richtung Montpellier mit dem Aquarium (Schlechtwetter-Tipp) oder verschiedensten Stränden.Insgesamt der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine aktive, naturverbundene Familie, die nicht auf Wohnkomfort verzichten will. Wir kommen wieder!

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances calmes et reposantes au sein de la nature. Le gite est très agréable ,avec une grande pièce de vie. Conçu avec de beaux matériaux dans un esprit écologique qui nous a ravi. Très bien localisé par rapport aux nombreuses activités et commodités. La région est magnifique. Cette location nous a permis de faire la rencontre avec les propriétaires Cédric et Anne qui par leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance ont enrichi notre séjour. Les bons conseils de Cédric nous ont permis de connaitre la région et ont rendu ce séjour très agréable. Nous le remercions chaleureusement sans oublier notre guide à quatre pattes qui a enjolivé nos randonnées matinales.

un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Cedric. Le gite est très agréable et on s'y sent vraiment bien. Il est spacieux et les matériaux nobles sont à l'honneur. Il est complètement au calme et proche de nombreux points de visites intéressants et variés. Toutes les courses sont possibles à clermont l'herault tout proche. Eric est un hôte très sympathique qui n'est pas avare de bons conseils et avec qui nous avons eu des échanges très agréables.

Perfect getaway retreat

Small holiday home secluded from daily life. This is the place of you want to get away from it all! We didn't hear any cars, planes , neighbours and were treated to some home grown veggies. Lots to do and to visit in the area: Montpellier, Narbonne, the beach, lakes/rivers to swim in and local markets to explore.

Une excellente semaine !

Très belle découverte ! La maison est rénovée avec goût et confortable, au calme mais pas trop isolée, conforme aux photos et à l’annonce, et même mieux ! Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité de très beaux sites touristiques, des rivières, du lac, des randonnées, impossible de s’ennuyer. Et il y a surtout l’accueil formidable du propriétaire, Cédric, et de sa famille (et de Kaloa), qui fait que ce séjour prend une saveur toute particulière ! Un immense merci, et à très bientôt !

Rien de tel que ce bel endroit caché pour profiter des plaisirs simples de la vie. Vous serez convaincus par le charme de la maison, pensée et décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. Vous serez à proximité immédiate des départs de balade et des sites remarquables de la région. Kaola se fera une joie de vous accompagner parmi les nombreux sentiers et veillera discrètement sur vous durant toute la durée de votre séjour. Un petit coin de paradis qui ne serait pas ce qu'il est sans la personne qui en détient les clés. Merci à Cédric pour sa bienveillance et sa générosité naturelles. Calme absolu

Le gîte est situé en pleine nature et le calme est absolu (avril). La maison est confortable et très lumineuse (séjour et coin salon). La terrasse est faite pour profiter de la vue et du soleil (que malheureusement nous n'avons pas toujours eu lors de ce séjour). L'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux; il n'est pas avare de détails sur ce qui caractérise la région (les balades, l'histoire, les bonnes adresses etc.). Tout bonnement fabuleux!

Calme et Nature

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, le propriétaire du gîte est vraiment sympa et le gîte est une petite merveille du moins de notre point de vue. Les alentours du gîte sont magnifiques et calmes (début printemps) ainsi que l'histoire de cette région. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr.
