The balconies: On the first level, a large living room with an open kitchen, dining area, guitar corner and cozy living room.
A small warm bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a terrace overlooking the peak of Anjeau.
On the second level, a very large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and another 120x200, a desk facing a small window overlooking the forest, and a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view.
The two houses communicate via the terrace. There is therefore an independent entrance to each house and the possibility or not to make them communicate with each other. Ideal for two families or a large family with teenagers.
The gardens : The house at the bottom is 60m2 and overlooks a 1000m2 garden with a nice vegetable garden, donkeys walking around from time to time, visiting the cows of the hamlet farm, wild boars, badgers, etc. You can taste the delicious vegetables, stroll in the hammock or refresh yourself in the small children's pool (2,60x1,20m)
On the ground floor a nice living room with a sofa converted and a kitchen overlooking a beautiful terrace shaded by a fig tree.
On the first floor a small functional bathroom and a large bedroom with a 160x200 mattress and a "cabana" bed, perfect for a child (90x160)
