About this property

Luxury Pool House in Chania.

A luxurious, new built, autonomous house, 100 m2, with private pool, garden front and back and panoramic view of the venetian harbour. It is only 150meters to the sea front and 1.5km from the old town and the city center.
The atmosphere is very cosy and sensational, with high level architectural elements. The wood dominates inside combined with the traditional ocher colour on the wall and marble in the bathrooms.
There are two bedrooms that both have access to the pool.
The house is fully equipped and can offer an exceptional accommodation.
The house is on the ground floor and it is appropriate for friends, couples and families. Pets are welcome, considering you will make sure to keep the house and its surroundings clean. They are, however, prefered to be kept outside.
The inside is properly arranged with a fully operational kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and 2 bedrooms, one of which has its own private bathroom. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and then some more.
At the back there is a private swimming pool and terraces at the front and the back, where you can relax enjoying the sun and your drink at night.
It has an amazing view of the old venetian harbour of Chania.

Lovely property

Great place for exploring the Chania area; the property looks like the photos, was very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We stayed as a couple, but there is also a second (twin) bedroom perfect for families. We chose this property as we wanted somewhere with a private pool, that was accessible without a car. It's about a 20 - 30 minute walk into the old town, and nearby to other attractions such as the Archaeological museum, and Koum Kapi beach. We were also able to explore in the other direction to the Flora and Fauna park and Venizelos' grave (about a 45 minute walk, uphill), so a great base if you don't mind a bit of walking. Our only downside was that we were unfortunate with the weather, and so the pool was very cold when we visited in early April, but we knew this was a risk - we still managed to use it on two of the days we were there. We also found the front door tricky to unlock at first, but soon got the hang of it. Eirini was a very courteous and responsive host throughout.

This property is located very close (only 150meters) to the sea front and is exceptional and very enjoyable that even during your sleep you can feel the sea, you can hear the small waves, see them, and also breathe and smell the clean oxygene of the sea!!!
The house is new, luxury, with private pool and well organised for everything you need !!!
