About this property

Vacation House "Lake Vänern"

Huset har en af ​​de bedste beliggenheder i havnen og rummer maksimalt 3 voksne eller familier med yngre barn. The house is very popular since it is the only rental object in the marina that has WC inside and comes with free WiFi for streaming.

In front of the house there is a furnished deck that faces the marina and on the back there is a smaller deck that offers morning sun and a beautiful view of the archipelago. If interested in cooking you will find a well-equipped kitchen along with a large outdoor gas barbecue grill. For offseason guests there is no reason for freezing since the house is winterized with underfloor heating which allows you to stay during fall and winter to enjoy salmon fishing.

Showers and additional toilets are located in the service building just 30 m from the cottage. The building is very fresh and contains sections for men and women. Begge deler er delt i små badeværelser, hvor du vil være i stand til at låse den for at få privatliv.

Linens and towels must be brought by the guests. Men hvis du reiser med fly med lille bagage, vil jeg prøve at arrangere nogen for at få linens for en ekstra pris. Please ask me when checking availability.

The marina is appreciated for its peacefulness which allows good time for reading a book or just relaxing on the decks. For the small children there is a popular playground and there is a possibility to fish from all piers and jetties (no license needed). 20 meters behind the cottage there is a platform suitable for swimming.

In nearby "Vita sannar" you will find a nice beach as well as a heated pool. You will also be able to rent bikes, canoes and tennis courts. Dalsland Canal boat trips can be booked in neighboring locations as "Upperud" and "Håverud". If interested in playing golf you will find the golf court just 1 km from the marina.

Dårlig renhold, veldig dårlig internett. Dvd spiller er der, men mangler kabler for å koble til tv. Så at det reklameres med både stabilt wifi og dvd spiller, er rett og slett løgn. Veldig kjedelig når man reiser med barn og kanskje vil se en film på kvelden

Kleines Appartment in guter Lage und mit professionellem Vermieter

Trotz des etwas beengten Platzes hatte man alles was man braucht und die Wohnung war entsprechend eingerichtet. Lage direkt am Wasser in einem Ferienpark war ebenfalls schön. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre der Zustand, in dem die Wohnung von Vorgänger hinterlassen wurde - vermutlich liegt das auch eher an längerer Nicht-Nutzung des Appartments vor unserem Aufenthalt. Für mehr als zwei erwachsene Reisende mit Kind aufgrund des engen Platzes jedoch eindeutig nicht zu empfehlen. Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls gut, dieser war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cozy cottage in fantastic location

We'd a great time at this location and the nature around. The cottage is nice and tidy and offers everything you need, if you're not too demanding. To quickly jump into the lake for a refreshment or to have dinner on the small terrace is really wonderful and one quickly gets used to it.

Läget är strålande vid Vänerkusten, vi hade utsikt till horisonten i den bod vi bodde i. Brant trappa/stege till sovloftet. För vår del funkade det. Och väldigt mycket spännande natur i närheten!

Fräsch och välplanerad sjöbod precis vid badbrygga. Saknade inget. Nödvändigt att ha öppna fönster under natten då det blev väldigt varmt på loftet men fläkt fanns också. Trevlig restaurang några hundra meter bort.

Schöne Sonnenuntergänge

Für ein 1 Wöchiges Urlaubs Erlebnis sehr Empfehlenswert. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind Traumhaft schön, zudem ist die Temperatur angenehm, wenn man sich auf der Terrasse befindet. Der gigantische See ist eine schöne Möglichkeit um sich abzukühlen und das unfassbare ist, dass ein paar Kilometer weiter ein Strand mit schönem weichem Sand sich befindet, wo man viel Spaß mit der Familie haben kann. Jedoch gibt es ein Nachteil mit den Insekten in der Nacht. Sobald eine bestimmte Uhrzeit einbricht, kommen Stechmücken und vieles mehr überhäuft. In der Nacht wird es sehr schnell heiß im Hütchen. Jedoch kann man sehr gut lüften. Zu unserem Glück hatten wir super nette Nachbarn mit denen wir viel reden und Spaß haben konnten, was den Urlaub noch viel schöner machte. Wenn man zum Angeln gekommen ist, ist es nur zum teils empfehlenswert. Fische sind zwar fangbar, jedoch viele kleine oder gar keine. Man müsste sich dann gute Stellen raussuchen, sonst kommt es zur Niete. Im groß und ganzem kann man es für Familien, Paare oder Freunde die Urlaub machen wohlen sehr gut weiter Empfehlen!

Ein gemütliches Häuschen in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und das Hafen-Feeling und den Anblick der Natur genossen. Auf der Frühstücksterasse hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf den See auf der anderen Terasse konnten wir über den Hafen blicken. Ein großer Sandstrand zum Baden war nur 2km entfernt. Aber man könnte auch hier vom Steg ins Wasser hüpfen!

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht. Obwohl klein haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da fiel auch nicht ins Gewicht, dass man zur Duschgelegenheit ein paar Schritte laufen musste.

Lovely house by the lake

We had a lovely stay at this house. It had all conveniences and a nice terrace just outside (and one at the back). The weather was wonderful and we took many baths during our stay and also made excursions to Håverud and Vita sannar. We would definitely recommand a visit to Sunnanå and this house.
