This entire luxury, two-story 4,500 square-foot Villa (2800 under roof & 1700 terraces) in gated Montecristo Estates is yours! Three direct terrace-access ocean view bedrooms, 3 bedroom suites, 3.5 baths, 5 flat-panel TVs, free WiFi, gas fireplace and AC. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. Cribs, room service, stocked provisions and wait staff/chef all available upon request as well as All-Inclusive meal plans.

Enter your marbled floored Villa through a private stone courtyard with bubbling fountain to the first level that includes a full kitchen and dining room, living room with gas fireplace, and master bedroom suite with king bed, large walk-in closet, Lg private Jacuzzi tub, separate "rain" shower and Security Safe.. Proceed onto your terrace with partially-shaded dining area with table and chairs, gas BBQ, lounge chairs, and outdoor hot tub. The lower level is complete with two junior suites (one with king bed; one with two queen beds and each with private baths/showers), and a family room with queen sofa. Each suite and living room have large TV's. Free WiFi throughout Resort. Each suite has direct access to a large terrace with private HEATED infinity pool and lounge chairs.

Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) had an amazing stay in Cabo at this gorgeous home. The views are absolutely amazing and we spotted whales everyday! The kids loved the private infinity pool and we enjoyed the PB amenities being a quick shuttle ride away. Although we didn't use the all-inclusive option, the food court was really convenient for a quick bite. Raul was our personal concierge and helped us arrange for taxis to all the restaurants we ate at (Luna Italiana is a great option nearby!) and secured a dinner reservation at PBSB our first night. The spa on property was also excellent.The hosts are kind and responsive to any questions. Would highly recommending booking this villa!

We have been to this villa twice and plan to go again. Its location provides the best views. We love starting and ending each day in the infinity pool, watching the ships go out in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Great accommodations and wonderful terrace space to enjoy the outdoors and the ocean views. The bedroom suites are so luxurious. The restaurants, swimming pools and other facilities at the resort are first class, as is the service from the Montecristo staff! It is even more beautiful than the photos suggest! The owners are very easy to work with. Definitely recommend this for a family gathering, girls getaway, or romantic escape!

Montecristo #11 was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find everything better than the pictures and the staff was wonderful. This is a great place to rent if you have a large family or are going on vacation with a few couples as each bedroom has it's own full bath. There is plenty of space, everything was immaculate and you get the best of both worlds with access to Sunset Beach down below but the exclusion of being up on the hill (not to mention the great views!). We would come back for sure!

We had a great time at this villa. We watched sunrises and sunsets everyday. The views and the whale watching from our decks and pool were spectacular. The infinity pool temperature was perfect and we enjoyed it and hot tub through out our stay. The on-site staff was always friendly and attentive. The communication with Jerry was excellent. He provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. He even called us before we left and gave us additional places to eat and how to get around. We will be definitely coming back in the future.

I can’t say enough about this property! As soon as we booked the communication with Gerald, the owner, was amazing. He provided everything I needed and more! Upon arrival we were greeted by our concierge, Raul, who had our Villa stocked with everything I requested. The Villa us beautiful. It’s the best of both worlds. The privacy of your own house plus the resort right at your fingertips. We traveled with adult children (21 and 25) and everyone enjoyed our own space. Coffee in the morning and wine at night watching the sunrise and sunset was breathtaking!Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Experience

This was the best villa our family has stayed in! Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our week in Villa #11 and all that it had to offer for our pre-holiday getaway. Jerry could not have made the process any easier - immediately answering all of our questions and providing so much useful information prior to our arrival. He truly makes it seamless. The villa was clean and spacious - we had more than enough room. We loved whale watching from the balcony each morning, the pool and hot tub! Raul was amazing and can make anything happen on a moment's notice. My husband loved golfing and the discount at Quivira while the girls and I all ventured down to enjoy the PBSB Sky Pool and the spa. You can not beat the privacy of this villa yet you are still able to enjoy full resort amenities. We absolutely loved it and we will be back!

We couldn't have enjoyed this property more. Great sunrise AND sunset views, hot tub, private pool and 3 comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (pluss an extra half bath, just in case). The Parmenters could not have been more helpful and responsive in answering all questions our group of 6 had. Whether we ate "at home" or at one of the MANY fabulous restaurants available on the 3 Pueblo Bonito properties, we couldn't go wrong. Our grill was cleaned after each usage and our all-inclusive arrangement couldn't have been more flexible. And did I mention the PICKLEBALL. 4 dedicated courts that can be reserved through the personal concierge assigned to each Villa. We are pickleball fanatics and I had to admit on day 9, I'd had enough. Met many fun people on the courts from all over the US, Canada and Mexico. I wish Pueblo Bonito had 8 times the courts. It would be a fantastic venue for an international tournament. All 6 of those in our well traveled group agreed, it was definitely in our top 10 vacation spots ever!

Really enjoyed the Villa. It is at the highest point on the MC property, and has the best views. Could have sat an stared at the view all day, watching whales, boats and sunsets. Villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the private pool which was heated to the perfect temperature for winter. Our family enjoyed visiting the sister properties as well, which was very easy to do by taking the shuttle or driving. Raul, the concierge was very helpful on a daily basis. Jerry, the owner, was extremely responsive, answering all of my questions in a timely manner and provided tons of detailed information in writing prior to our stay. We would love to return!

Fantastic Stay! Wonderful owners!

The villa was perfect for our family! We have adult kids and the layout is really conducive to everyone having a bit of personal space, yet also having great family areas. The views and outdoor patios/pool are AMAZING!! A key plus here is being able to enjoy amenities of the resort as well. Accessibility to lots of entertaining options (golf, spa, resort pools, downtown resort) via the shuttle really makes for a great vacation blend of relaxation and activities. As well, Jerry is a wonderful owner who really helped us given this was our first time in Mexico! He was very patient with my questions and really was a joy to work with! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic villa with amazing views

We spent a week over New Years at Villa #11 at the very top of the hill where the views are absolutely breathtaking! You can literally see both sunrises and sunsets (at least in January) from the spacious decks. The comfortable infinity pool got lots of use, We enjoyed 3 days of All-Inclusive and found all the venues at Pueblo Bonito very good. Highlights probably golf course for breakfast and New Years Day brunch at Sunset Beach. Our young adults certainly got their money’s worth at the Market. Although our favorite dinner was probably the fish we caught prepared for us downtown at Missiones de Kino. Jerry was a terrific owner to work with and steered us in the right direction with his detailed suggestions! Highly recommend if you need a comfy, spacious villa in Cabo with best views.

Perfect family Christmas

My husband and I and adult children had a wonderful time in the villa for our annual Christmas trip. The villa itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and comfortable. The view was amazing. We spent family time each day lounging in the pool and on the verandas. Having the option of the full resort pools and restaurants made each day unique. The shuttle service was very quick and efficient so we were not bothered by the distance of the villa from the resort amenities. Raul, the concierge, was most helpful and so pleasant to work with. He booked different activities for us and even took care of small details like extra ice. The staff was genuinely kind and eager to please. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Cabo!

Stunning views and comfortable villa

We really enjoyed our Christmas holiday at Montecristo Villas. Our concierge Adrian Chavez was amazing. He was always there to help us with anything we needed. The main pool was very crowded so we had to sit at another pool within Sunset but it was very quiet. We enjoyed the Market with the many choices for food as well as the many other restaurants on the property. Now that we know how things work here; shuttle to the beach has to be reserved a day ahead, arrive 5 minutes before the shuttle pick up time (or the give your seat to someone else), and dinner reservations made in advance, we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

Even better than advertised.

This is a great property in a great location with an owner who is easy to work with. Our first stay on the Pacific side of Cabo and will definitely go back. Even though we arrived on Christmas day our refrigerator was stocked with the food and drinks we had ordered in advance and our concierge was waiting to make sure everything went smooth at check in. We were able to see more than two dozen whales from the deck during our stay - most of them right by the shore in front of the property. We visited most of the other PB properties during our stay, but hated to leave the view from the pool so ended up cooking in several nights. Would recommend this property and specifically this owner without hesitation.

Paradise!

This villa & property over all is amazing, 5 star luxury all the way. We had a great time & didn't want to leave. There were 9 of us, the villa was very comfortable for all of us. The pull out couch that my teenage son slept on for the week needs a new mattress & the fan in the downstairs king bedroom didn't work. But everything else was awesome!! Really loved the pool. The views were amazing as the photos show. Being that high up made it difficult to get down to the rest of the property below but, the staff make every effort to not keep people waiting. The shuttle service is convenient & it seems they are always upgrading & improving the property. Thank you, to the Parmenters. Highly recommend!!

Family Holiday at Monte Cristo Estates

Our family of 5 adults and 3 little ones, ages 4,5, and 6, had a wonderful stay at the villa in Monte Cristo Estates this holiday season. The villa was high up which afforded outstanding views of the ocean and the surroundings. There was plenty of space for all of us - three large bedrooms, a living room with dining area and full kitchen, and a family room downstairs. The furnishings were fresh and comfortable. The hot tub and pool, all private, gaves us all hours of fun right there. We also had full use of Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort below us, so the little kids had plenty of varied entertainment. We are grateful to the owners for making this outstanding experience available to us.

Unforgettable Vacation

January 2013 We recently visited Cabo for the first time and decided to stay at Montecristo. While the pictures were amazing they don't do the place justice. The moment we walked through the front door was when we knew we walked into paradise. You are greeted with a soothing fountain and then swept away with a view that instantly takes your breath away. It is the only place we have ever stayed where you can see the sunrise and sunset from your bedroom while looking at the blue Pacific Ocean! Our entire stay was complete relaxation from the personal infinity pool to the hot tub. The amenities are top notch and service from the resort made this the total package especially for our whole family. There is no question we will be back. Michael

Our family vacation

We recently returned from our annual family vacation. We have stayed at many properties throughout Hawaii and the Caribean This year, we chose to stay at this property. It was our first time at such a property that has the privacy of a home and all the convenience of an all-inclusive resort. We found this very nice as we always prefer to avaoid the crowds of the large resorts but found the relatively close location of the resort very nice. The maid, shuttle, and conciere service was exceptional and beyond expectations. The view from the deck was exceptional, again, beyond expectations. We had our morning meal every day on the deck and spent many afternoons as well. Nearly every day we could see whales in the ocean. Field glasses would be of great benefit in this regard. We also had many evening meals and after dark dips in the hot tub. The view of the lights below, again really is exceptional. Our three mid-teen kids made great use of the pool and community fitness centre. Gerry, the owner, was very helpfull in ensuring our vacation was without problems. I highly recomended property in our opinion.

In 2004 only two Montecristo Estates top row villas were being built nestled into the mountainous ridge high above the main Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort. We were lucky to have the 'pick-of-the-litter' and chose Villa #11--the most private villa on the end of top row, at ABSOLUTELY the highest point in the Estates/Resort including a KILLER panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez, Pacific Ocean & entire Resort. Downtown Cabo is 10-mins by car. Free Resort shuttles available within Resort and to downtown Cabo. Villa includes daily maid & personal concierge services, 24/7 Medical services & Daily kid activities.
