Great host and location

Excellent host! Very accommodating and attentive. The location is great especially if you want to use the Metro. The apartment has all the amenities needed for an extended stay (kitchen, washing machine and dryer). Especially well suited for solo travelers planning to eat in.

Nice apartment in quiet neighborhood

Erika is a great communicator and did everything she could to make my stay pleasant. Not too far from Bethesda Metro station.

Little Gem. Well taken care of. Super comfortable bed. Love bed the unusual bathroom, even had area

Was a great location. Walk to Metro, restaurants. Very compact with nice amenities. Perfect for us and our little dog. Our kids were just 4 miles away. Only thing I would have liked is a better freezer in the small refrigerator. Never did freeze anything..

Adorable, Functional and great location

The layout of this apartment is perfect with a separate living room/kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom is unique in that the whole room IS the shower and the showerhead lights up as the water flows. The unit includes a small washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with biodegradable poss) and super easy WiFi. It is a lovely five to six-minute walk to the Metro which makes the place accessible to anywhere in DC. I didn't even need to rent a car. Fantastic restaurants are within walking distance.

This little gem is in a great location. Walkable to metro, restaurants and bars. I was a little taken aback by the size of the shower, but it turned out to be a great, relaxing shower! Thanks to Erika for keeping in touch to make sure my stay was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible!

Rented this for my son who was completing an internship at the NIH. He had a great stay! 10 minutes to work. Parking available. Erika was a great hostess. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He loved the space and the yard. Great place to stay! Recommend highly!

Welcoming and relaxing stay

After reviewing all other places nearby and comparisons, I rent this place for my parents visiting me from their far-away home. However, this place and the host Erika gave us the home-stay alike experience. The host took a great care of every details to give us the best comforting experiences, from the thermo-floor in bathroom to the San Francisco K-cup pods in the kitchen, luxury brand mattress at bedroom. Considering location, cost, and utilities, I don't think I can find a better one. This place has everything a traveler needs. I will commend it to anyone who needs a place to visit DC metro area without compromising their expectation on their resting time after a long day of a DC trip.
