Kitchenette with 4 gas hobs, electric oven and fridge, and a large air-conditioned lounge with 2 tripod sofas, 49 '' LCD TV, rustic fireplace and extendable dining table (max 14 seats), laundry corner (washing machine). Outside, spacious verandas and squares with enclosed area for pets and carport. Wood burning oven with BBQ corner. The whole villa has an alarm with alarm and electric gate. Possibility to use a swimming pool 300 m away. Cleaning service, hairdresser, beautician, private chef, car, 9-seater minibus (with driver) are available on request.
