Lage

Sehr gute Lage, kurze Wege zum einkaufen, Restaurant und Strand. Relativ Ruhig, der Parkplatz stört nicht. Hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wohnzimmerfenster ( einfachglas) undicht. Im Badezimmer riecht es manchmal ( je nach Windrichtung) etwas unangenehm. Sofa könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Insgesamt für die gebotene Leistung im Winter zu teuer.

Un piso acogedor y muy limpio en sitio central, muy recomendable

Estuvimos con nuestros 4 hijos en el piso y lo pasamos muy bien. El piso esta centrico, pero es tranquilo, tiene de todo y esta cerca de las tiendas, bares y la playa. Además es muy acodejor, limpio y con mucha claridad. Paula la propietaria es un encanto, esta pendiente de que todo este bien, tuvimos un muy buen contacto con ella. Maria, quien nos dió las llaves, tambien muy simpática. Recomendable un 100%, vendremos de nuevo, sin duda. Muchísimas gracias, Silvia

Una estancia genial

Ha sido una estancia genial.el apartamento es de 10,un piso grande y muy bien equipado donde tienes de todo.la playa a pocos metros y la zona es muy tranquila sin dejar de ser en el centro donde tienes todo a mano. Sin duda repetiremos!paula la propietariamuy amable y pendiente de todo.muchisimas gracias!

El apartamento esta Muy bien ubicado, Cercano al mar y todo tipo de comercio Muy acojedor y con todo lo necesario para Una estancia Muy agradable y comoda, El trato con Paula Muy amable, servicial y Efectivo. Cercano a bares, restaurantes , playas y supermercados, Maria la niña que lo gestiona, es muy agradable y comunicativa. Recomendable un 100%

Sehr zufrieden

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist mit Elektrogeräten sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad und eine seperate zusätzliche Toilette ist sehr angenehm. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist angenehm. Komminikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, wie z. B. Nachfragen ob "alles in Ordnung sei" und Transfer zum Flughafen, etc. Ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm kann NICHT empfangen werden (hier sollte nachgebessert werden!) Alternativ wäre ein Hinweis empfehlenswert.
