The Pilot House "Admirals Quarters" on first level downtown Bayfield with Lake Views! Located at the corner of 1st Street and Washington Avenue. Just 1 block from the Lake & Madeline Island Ferry. 1-3 blocks from beaches, and kayak rentals, with coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, museums, marinas, and the library all within a short walk. The Iron Bridge Trail is just up the hill—no car needed. Best location for the Point to La Point swim in August.

Private Bath including jetted tub and separate shower, Roku 43" TV, WIFI, in room coffee, mini-refrigerator, King Bed & Queen Sofa-Sleeper, Sleeps 4 in 1 large bedroom, walk-in closet, table with 2 chairs, dresser, night stands, private door to outside East Lake View Deck. Lake Views, Walk to Everything! Overlooks Downtown Bayfield, Harbor, Madeline Island and Basswood Island. Common areas inside & out include (2) Large Lakeview Decks, Living Room, Octagon Lake View Living Room. Just 1 block from water and Ferry. Walk to everything in Bayfield. You are downtown next to the lake! Private parking just steps from main entrance.

Breakfast Blue Berry Muffins, yogurts, orange & grape juice. Coffee maker with coffee and condiments in room along with a Mini Refrigerator. Guests may use our Ice Machine in refrigerator and microwave. Paper plates, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, extra coffee, and condiments on table next to Refrigerator in Dining room.

After making a reservation, we will email you and you must immediately reply to our email (not VRBO messaging) with your full address, names of guests, there addresses and which are adults and children and their addresses, for Wisconsin Guest Registry Statute. We very much enjoyed our stay and found the property to be as nice as we expected. There were only two of us so the room provided us with ample space, and the bathroom with included walk in closet were also more spacious than expected. Jack was very personable and made our stay in Bayfield more enjoyable with insider suggestions of things to do.

Clean and well maintained property, right in town accessible to everything the eclectic town of Bayfield has to offer. Jack was very friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable with his friendly openness. Beautiful views of the lake that made for amazing sunrise and sunset views. Thank you, we will be back!

Nice clean and spacious place in beautiful Bayfield close to everything within walking distance. Jack was kind and helpful. "breakfast" was very minimal and the same everyday. Recommended for a simple and quiet stay in a great little town.

Had an excellent stay in the Admiral's Quarters! Jack is a great guy and he was an excellent host, welcoming us when we got there and showing us around. The Admiral's Quarters were clean and roomy and the house was lovely. My group enjoyed spending time on the decks. The property has a great view of the sunrises and we were able to walk down to Wonderstate Coffee in Bayfield several mornings. :) Great location so close to the ferry, shops, and some great restaurants. We did a lot more walking than driving. The house has room for parking for one vehicle per room, but just 1 block up the hill was a paid parking lot as long term as you needed that we took advantage of for our second vehicle.

This is the first time I can honestly say that the room was better than depicted in photos!We stayed in the Admiral's Quarters - it was a spacious room and the bathroom was huge!The attached deck was fantastic to sit at in the morning with coffee or in the evening sipping your favorite beverage. Watching the boats come in to the harbor and listening to the kids down at the beach was very pleasant. It's a great view of the town from there as well. The location was fantastic- we walked to everything. The host was great about giving recommendations on where to eat. We used both the king bed and the pull out bed and both were comfy.One tip- make sure you visit the Bates Art Bar and order the Butter Board appetizer- IT'S FANTASTIC.we came from atving in the southern part of the county, so I was pulling a trailer. I was able to park it 2 blocks away (unattached from the truck) for 10 a day. Very convenient.
