Master bedroom has screened in porch that can be accessed from double sliding doors. Huge master soaking tub. Great for families and equipped with cribs and a tasteful selection of toys! Large back deck (50% covered) with bbq, covered front porch and covered back patio with large sand box and custom made horseshoe pit. Hike in/Hike out in summer and Cross Country Ski in/Ski out in winter through Jack Rabbit Trail which literally runs along edge of property. Steps from the Outlook Brook Dam on Lake Placid.
