The Franca apartment is immersed in the wonderful surrounding Mediterranean nature, beautiful panoramic views, in a quiet area, the beach easily reached on foot in just 10 min. The best local restaurants are nearby. You will like my accommodation for the views, fresh vegetables directly from the owner's garden and intimacy. Suitable for couples, solitary adventurers, families (with children) pets are welcome with extra charge payable on arrival. It has a double bedroom with armchair and wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining area with table and 4 chairs and kitchenette, exit to the balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bidet and washing machine. Near the house on the ground floor the private terrace surrounded by greenery with garden furniture.

The ideal accommodation to spend a holiday in complete relaxation and comfort.
The town of Savudrija, rich in pine trees, is also known as an excellent area for the treatment of the respiratory tract.

Lovely house in Savudrija

My family and me had an amazing stay in a lovely apartment called Franca. It was very plesent and quiet with all the privacy needed, just perfect for a family vacation! The family Makovac were friendly and helpful. All in one a real 5 star stay!

Wohnung ist ok, der Urlaub war toll.

Den Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen wir sind jeden Tag nach Umag gefahren auf unseren lieblings Stand. Die Wohnung war ok nicht sehr sauber , die Wc Schüssel ist ständig verrutscht das war unangenehm, aber dafür ist alles da was man benötigt, die Schlafcouch naja nicht sehr bequem mein Mann hat da alleine geschlafen o Ich mit den Kinder im Schlafzimmer. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war die Waschmaschine, Spüllmaschiene und die Klima ( war etwas laut , die klimaflüssigkeit ist ständig auf das Dach draußen getropft das hat hat genervt vor allem in der Nacht) und es ist eine ruhige Lage das haben wir genossen! Ein stück die Straße hoch kann mann Obst und Gemüse kaufen . Richtung Umag sind an den Straßenseiten Bäcker wo es tolles Brot und Börek gibt alles andere kann man in Umag kaufen da gibt viele Geschäfte Lidl Kaufland usw. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Ideal für eine erholsamen Urlaub

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit allem was man braucht, optimal für 2 Personen. Sauber, supernette Vermieter, und wenn man Glück hat kann man etwas hausgemachtes Olivenöl ergattern. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Gerne wieder!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub!!

Die Ferienwohnung war total ausreichend für uns (Familie mit Kind und Baby). Wir hatten sieben schöne Tage dort- Savudrija ist ein schönes kleines Dorf am Meer (super zum Schnorcheln, und Angeln). Die Gastfamilie war sehr Freundlich und hat uns täglich frisches Gemüse und Obst angeboten oder mein Sohn durfte es auch selbst aus dem Garten holen. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön in dem Olivengarten der Familie-man kann auch gutes Selbstgepresstes Olivenöl dort kaufen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar- es gibt auch viele Parkplätze direkt am Strand. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen!! Vielen Dank

War alles sehr schön!

Wir waren 10 Tage in Savudrija in der Wohnung mit Kind und Hund. Fast jeden Tag hat der Albino uns mit frischem Gemüse/Obst direkt aus dem Garten verwöhnt, war immer für uns da, lieben Dank dafür! In der Nähe viele Felder, für die Spaziergänge mit dem Hund ideal, auch ganz viele Hundestrände. Kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles notwendige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und den Feriengästen gegenüber sehr aufgeschlossen. Es wurden uns vom Vermieter regelmäßig Gurken, Tomaten , Zucchini und Melonen geschenkt. Eine sehr nette Geste. Auch ist der Vermieter bemüht, seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen. Immer frisches Gemüse aus dem eigenen Anbau. Ruhige, idyllische Lage. Sehr schöne Terrasse, uns fehlte leider der Grill (war als Grillplatz beschrieben). Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundlichkeit

Savudrija

Das Appartment liegt etwa 1km vom SAND-Strand. Durch den angrenzenden Campingpatz ist zeitweise mit reichlich Kindern, in der Ferienzeit zu rechnen. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt unter unter dem Appartment. Kleines Problem mit der Klospülung wurde sofort behoben. Es ist ein Bio-Oliven-Anbau direkt um die Wohnung... Gemüse bekamen wir von ihm direkt, alles was sonst auch an den Straßen zu kaufen gab. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, gerade auch das eigene Olivenöl von ihm. Die Wohnung ist zwar für max. 4 Personen ausgelegt, muss aber etwas Stauraum von Gepäck bemängeln. Mindestens 1 Schrank fehlt. Meine Engelchen haben die Zeit direkt aus dem Koffer gelebt...was für Zeltlager-Erprobte kein Hinderniss ist. Aber evtl. für andere, die ein aufgeräumten Koch-Wohnraum bevorzugen..zusätzliche Mühe darstellt. Was womoglich typisch deutsch ist, wären die Elektroinstallationen. Die sind nicht überall 100%ig sauber verlegt. Im Bad über dem Spiegel war keine Abdeckung über dem Verteiler. Wer eine Geschirrspülmaschine erwartet...sorry.. Handwäsche. Ist für paar Tage aber auch mal möglich. Die Menschen sind Herzlich und Umgänglich. Die Mücken Abends leider nicht..aber mit den Mitteln vor Ort zum einreiben und sprühen, gehts. Vorschlag noch für den Vermieter: Mücken-Netze vor die Fenster und Türen..dann könnte man über Nacht die Fenster offen lassen und bräuchte weniger die Klimaanlage zu nutzen. Fazit für uns: Gerne noch einmal.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der gut eingerichteten Fer

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und groß genug für 4 Personen. Bis auf die fehlenden Moskito Netze ist die Wohnung perfekt eingerichtet. Die Familie im Haus ist sehr nett. Es gab Obst und Gemüse aus dem riesigen HausGarten. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
