2 BR condo in a beautiful resort, super clean, great beach, Sleeps 6

This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. The resort in Kihei has 200 units and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to accumulate a lot of Worldmark vacation points but don't have time to use them all. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, fully refundable.
Units are assigned the morning of check-in and you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive. Pictures you see here are provided by the resort and represent a typical unit. All units are air conditioned, have similar size and layout, and same appliances, furniture, and supplies.
For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.

We were happy with the location of the resort. We had stayed here many years ago. The resort was described as “renovated”, but the unit we were assigned was not renovated and disappointing. Furniture was uncomfortable to sit on. Beds were ok. AC leaked in the 2-twin bedroom. The bathtub wouldn’t plug and the shower in the main bedroom en-suite was tiny. We only had 4 bath towels even though our reservation was for 6 people. And we were told at check-in that in order to get more towels/exchange towels we had to go to the housekeeping office during a certain time frame. Very inconvenient. We also had to take out our own garbage and the dumpster near our unit was always overflowing. We were on the second floor and there was no elevator in our bldg. The internet that we were told was pre-paid for by the owner was spotty, wasn’t working at all for the first 2 days and didn’t allow more than 2 devices on at a time when it did work. Let’s just say that our experience did not meet expectations for a stay in paradise.

Awesome Property, steps from the beach!

We loved our stay here at one of the units at Worldmark Kihei! Tim’s property was perfect for our family of three. The Air conditioners work well for the bedrooms and the main living area, and the ceiling fans were also added bonuses. The pool was a good size and we also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Perfect location with the beach just across the street, with nearby shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful room and location

We loved the location and easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and kitchen included the basic needs. The one downfall was the dirty floors so that meant dirty feet all week. I also would have preferred another room with more natural light to come through the room. The view of the patio faced the side that looked out to a metal fence so we didn’t make use of the patio. Overall, exterior upkeep was well maintained including the plentiful grills for use. Parking was never an issue too.

Great location in a relaxing resort

From the beginning our stay was seamless. We were able to check in quickly and enjoy our stay. Our host provided all the information we needed and the resort staff helped with everything we needed during our stay. The location is about across from the beach and walking distance to many diff shops and restaurants. We hardly needed used our car during our stay. Would recommend to our friends and families this location

Maui vacation...

This resort has everything you need for a fantastic experience while visiting Maui. The only problems we had were with our individual unit and that was that it had a musty smell when you would first enter it. Easily overcome by opening the patio door for fresh air, and the internet speed was SLOW and or working. Neither of these hampered too many of us! We would stay here again !

February stay was super.

We were very happy with our stay in this facility. The pool was excellent, not too cold and the hot tub big enough for 15-20 people. We had a ukelele lesson that was fun and did many trips just across the street to the beach. The food truck parked right outside was delicious. Everything in our good. We will definately use this facility again.

This rental was perfect for our trip. It is just across the street from a great beach and in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. We had two small children with us so the pool at the resort was great and the in unit laundry was very helpful. We hope to come back!

We family of 4 including our 1.5 years old daughter stay in a 2 bedrooms 2 baths unit for 5 days. It is a perfect location. 15-20 minutes drive from Airport. Safeway within 10 minutes. ABC store across the street. Walking distance to plenty restaurants and shops. We can just enjoy staying the condos or letting the kids in the pools. Got all beach toys the kids can have fun. There are food trucks on the streets and you can grab some delicious food. Or you can just walk 5 minutes across the road and you can enjoy the sand and the beach Overall, it is more convenient for our family to stay there than staying in expensive hotels without kitchens, washer and dryer as we need to do some light cooking for the kids and plenty of dirty clothes to wash after playing from the beach Thanks Vrbo and Kihei WorldMark for our pleasant stay even we got affected by Hurricane Warning
