Casa Annabella has been described as “the best Villa we’ve ever stayed in”by some of our guests.
With one of the best views and in one of the most desirable areas. It is set in a private walled and electric gated gardens, with pool and hot tub and of course WIFI. consist of:
MAIN HOUSE with large well equipped and homely Kitchen with large table and chairs (seating for 8), window to side and French doors to terrace, outdoor lounge, pool, decking and garden.
LARGE LOUNGE with seating for 10 people, fireplace, two windows and French doors to terrace, pool, garden. Good size Bathroom with walk in shower, bidet, wash hand basin, w.c., next to the MAIN BEDROOM with Large double bed, fitted wardrobes, French doors to terrace, pool and gardens.
OUTSIDE LOUNGE
Sheltered and covered outside Lounge with BBQ area, dining area, seating area. Linked from main house to Annex

LOUNGE to Front with large triple panelled patio doors leading to outside, sofa, dining area and dresser with doors leading to bedrooms.
BEDROOM TWO with twin beds, built-in wardrobes, door to en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, wash hand basin and wc. French doors to Lounge.

We are well placed for the quiet Old Town, harbour and Playa Chica Beach, or for more action the bustling Avenida and Playa Grande Beach both about 1.5 km walk away.

We have lived on lanzarote for about 15 years, we love the safe, relaxed, beautiful Island that has become a second home to us.
Why they chose this property
We know Lanzarote well and believe that Puerto Del Carmen is the best resort on the island. It has so much to offer, from bustling Avenida (the Strip) to the quieter and tranquil setting of the old town and harbour, our villa is well placed for both. Puerto Del Carmen is not like some resorts cut off by busy roads you can walk, run, cycle or sea taxi to Puerto Calero about 2 miles away, or walk, run, cycle (mostly cycle path along the coast) to Playa Honda or on to Arrecife and Costa Teguise, lots to do with out spending a lot. There are also regular buses to most places. The main beach is very big so there is plenty of room, there is also the smaller beach, Playa Chica in the old town ideal for snorkelling or diving.
