Apartment 28 is the perfect location with under 5 minutes walk to all amenities including the town centre, theatre, key transport hubs and the beach.

Apartment 28 retains all the lovely features of this 1830's property, yet has been finished to a high-end specification suitable for the 21st Century!

Both bedrooms have been equipped with luxury Hypnos beds with a luxurious Italian Leather double sofa bed in the lounge, offering flexible sleeping options. Egyptian Cotton and similar hotel quality bed linen used as standard.
The Bedrooms include a King size bed, with a separate zip together super king ensuite bedroom offering flexibility of singles beds if required. TVs are fitted in both bedrooms in addition to the lounge.
Children's cot and high chair can be made available on request.

The main lounge and dinning room which incorporates the unique single action sofa bed, is flooded with daylight offers great views, with original shutters for privacy at night.

We had an absolutely wonderful two week stay at Fiona's lovely flat. The accommodation was well appointed with everything we needed and true to the photos. Fiona and James were terrific hosts and very responsive. The location was perfect; close to the bus and train stations, a very short stroll to the beach, with restaurants and cafes close by. Highly recommend this lovely flat and we would stay here again and again!

Even better in reality than the photos. More spacious than I imagined.

Fiona's place is clean, cute, comfy and well located for a visit to Ayr. It is more spacious than I imaged and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy and it is so close to great restaurants and cafe's. Highly recommend her place.

Our first visit to Scotland (and a babymoon) and staying at Fiona’s apartment was definitely a highlight. Such a beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean space. Fiona had thoughtfully filled it with everything we could possibly need, which meant we didn’t have to bring a lot of our own things. Being just 5 minutes from the beach and park (which our 5-year-old loved!) was perfect, especially as my wife was pregnant and couldn’t do a lot of walking.We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and it truly made our trip extra special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and family-friendly getaway.

A very comfortable, very well equipped apartment in a really good location. Very helpful hosts had really thought through the contents of this property, and added some luxurious touches. In our opinion, better than the listing, would highly recommend.

Very Good Apartment

The apartment has the perfect location,no car needed and the style of the apartment has that artist touch which is very nice,everthing you need is there and walking distance to everthing also bus station round the corner for a day trip to many places,Glasgow etc,i have stayed in many in ayr and this 1 is very good.
