Leider kam es nicht zu einem Aufenthalt. Da wir bei Ankunft uns mit dem Vermieter treffen wollten, kam ein Freund oder Angestellter von ihm vorbei und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Dabei ging eine Treppe runter in eine Kellerwohnung , es schien kaum Tageslicht rein.Eine Terrasse, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, Fehlanzeige. Es gab zwar in dieser kleinen Anlage Wohnungen mit Terrasse, aber der Vermieter konnte uns keine geben, da angeblich vermietet. So wollten wir die Wohnung nicht haben, da wir sie so auch nicht gebucht hatten. Anhand Beweisfotos und Rücksprache mit FeWo-direkt wurde uns das Geld zurückerstattet, Hätte der Vermieter seine Wohnung transparent beschrieben, ( Wohnung im Keller ohne Terrasse) hätten wir sie von vornherein nicht gebucht. Wer will schon in einer Kellerwohnung seinen wohlverdienten Urlaub verbringen.

Ferien 2023

Es war sehr schön und es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Es ist eine kleine härzige Wohnung und hat alles was man braucht. Es führt eine Treppe zur Wohnung. Und ist teilweise sehr Niedrig aber echt schön. Der Pool ist klein aber es reicht zum sich abzukühlen. Ganz toll ist auch wenn man vom Meer zurück kommt hat es 2 Aussenduschen vor dem Haus. Ans Meer ist es etwa 5 min zum laufen. Vielen dank nochmals an den Vermieter. Wie haben uns zwar nie gesehen aber immer über Whatsapp kommuniziert. Das ist super 👍
