The Villetta Nadir features:

• a living area with a kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop • a double bedroom with a sea view • a full bathroom [shower - WC - bidet - sink] • a service bathroom [washing machine - sink - WC - bidet]. In addition to the main double bedroom, it is possible to sleep in a second double bed in the mezzanine area or in the single bed in the room adjacent to the bathroom. Modern windows with mosquito nets ensure perfect ventilation. Air conditioning and heating are provided by 3 state-of-the-art Samsung split units.

POOL AND PARKING: The pool, equipped with a jacuzzi, has a variable depth up to a maximum of 140 centimeters in the deepest area. There are no gates or safety devices for pool access. Parking is always freely available in front of the entrance.

ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS: In addition to swimming, which can be enjoyed either on the free beach or in equipped beach clubs nearby, the area offers numerous options for sports enthusiasts: biking and bike rentals - boat rentals, boating, diving activities within the Villasimius Marine Protected Area [at the marina 1 km away] - golf at the Tanka Golf Club Villasimius - horseback riding excursions - shopping and food and wine tours.

wunderschöne Villa

Die kleine Villa war sehr gemütlich und das wichtigste war in den Schränken zu finden. Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen war schon sehr luxeriös. Enrico war sehr aufmerksam und bei Fragen sofort online um zu helfen. wir waren 10 Tage dort im Oktober und hatten super Strand Wetter. Das einzige was uns dann nach ein paar Tagen fehlte, war eine Couch um sich abends mal richtig lang zu machen. Es war zwar eine kleine Lounge- Insel vorhanden aber für zwei Personen etwas knapp. Dennoch war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit toller Unterkunft und knaller Aussicht. Der Pool muss natürlich noch positiv erwähnt werden, unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Wir wollen nochmal hinfahren.

Die Villetta Nadir ist ein absoluter Traum. Auch das Check-in sowie Check-out war Dank Enrico absolut unkompliziert! Wir denken sehr gerne an diese Ferien zurück und kommen wieder!

Toller Urlaub, Top Ferienhaus mit exzellenter Betreuung

Das Ferienhaus liegt perfekt auf einem kleinen Hügel mit einem Traumblick auf das Meer. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden bzw. lässt sich in der Nähe schnell einkaufen. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Tolle Strände sind sogar fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ort Villasimius ist mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Hier gibt es Kaffees und Restaurants. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und professionell. Er war immer ansprechbar und hat auch schon vor der Reise, nützliche Informationen und Tipps übermittelt. Während des Aufenthalts war er jederzeit und unkompliziert via WhatsApp ansprechbar und hat sich umgehend um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wir würde in dieses Ferienhaus definitiv nochmal fahren.
