Located in Pessegueiro do Vouga, 2 minutes from the center of Sever do Vouga, this project resulted from a passionate work of restoration of a house with history, with much love and attention to detail, integrated in a farm with vineyards, fruit trees, and Farm animals.

Located between the mountain and the beach, Sever do Vouga is the ideal destination for your holiday. Rural areas to discover, river beach, waterfalls, a bike path that accompanies the river and more.

The house has 5 bedrooms, kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, dining room and living room with small library, as well as a wine cellar where wine is produced. It has a fantastic porch where you can contemplate the whole property, as well as a barbecue.

Nearby, mini markets, bakeries, public park with maintenance machines, library, restaurants, bars.

Guests can visit the Cabreia Falls, Filveda, Mizarela, take a dip in the river Vouga with river beach, cycle through the cycle path or one of the hiking trails, adventure sports and more.

Tiago's Villa was perfect place to stay for our big group. There were 17 of us, and both the house and the yard served us excelently. Tiago was friendly and helped us when needed. We enjoyed blueberries and pool area a lot. And of course Tiago's excellent wines.

Casa perfeita para férias em família com crianças ou grupos. Muito limpa e cuidada, bem localizada, perto da vila de Sever de Vouga e de outros pontos de interesse turístico, com uma paisagem tranquila e de fácil acesso às principais vias. A propriedade além da casa principal tem uma cabana de madeira com mais dois quartos que permite privacidade quando o grupo é grande, uma casa na árvore que foi o delírio e o refugio das crianças, alguns animais doméstico e da quinta, uma mini floresta ao seu redor que proporcionaram espaço e privacidade nas brincadeiras dos mais novos e descanso dos mais velhos. O proprietário é muito simpático e prestável. Altamente recomendável. Se pudéssemos teríamos ficado mais duas noites para poder usufruir melhor de tudo.

Beautiful property

WE STAYED FOR 9 NIGHTS AND HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WE WERE 5 ADULTS AND 4 TEENAGERS. AMENITIES WERE AS NOTED IN THE LISTING PLUS MORE. THE POOL WAS FANTASTIC WITH GREAT VIEWS OF THE VALLEY. PICKED FRESH PEACHES, ORANGES AND BLUEBERRIES FOR BREAKFAST EACH MORNING. THE 4 TEENS WITH US ENJOYED FEEDING THE ANIMALS ON THE PROPERTY. TIAGO, OUR HOST, WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY HELPFUL. ANY QUESTIONS WERE QUICKLY ANSWERED AND FOLLOWED UP. HE PROVIDED SUGGESTIONS AND HELP ON SOME OF OUR DAY EXCURSIONS WE WANTED TO DO. ITS A 1 MINUTE DRIVE TO 2 GROCERY STORES AND ABOUT A 5 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE CENTRE OF SEVER DO VOUGA. ATE EVERY MEAL ON THE COVERED VERANDA OVERLOOKING THE GARDENS AND POOL AREA. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF RESTAURANTS WITHIN 10 MIN DRIVE ON THE VOUGA RIVER THAT WERE GREAT. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN AND STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. THANK YOU TIAGO FOR HAVING US!!

A true example of an excellent holiday home

From the warm welcome we recieved, the moment we arrived, to the beautiful surroundings and tastefully furnished home we couldn't have asked for a better villa to say in. The kitchen is equipped with the essential nessecities and is a good size to prepare meals in - to be eaten on the balcony with incredible views of the surrounding landscape. From here we could safely watch the kids swim in the well proportioned pool. Deckchairs, parasols and inflatables had been provided. The grounds are beautifully tended and comprise of a couple of tents, should you wish to sleep outdoors, a treehouse with a little bathroom that could also be used as a overnight stay or just somewhere to disappear to for a quiet read. There are also peacocks strolling the grounds, chickens, sheep and a horse all of whom enjoyed the attention of the kids when being fed. A little more air conditioning would have made it perfect as we were there over an extremely hot period. Overall I'd highly recommend it as a holiday escape and the help and attention we received couldn't be bettered.

The farmhouse was fabulous, with all necessary mod cons plus an amazing tree house. The infinity pool was a real delight; warm and with a view across the valley. Iago was really helpful and friendly; he took the time to show us round the grounds and allowed the children to accompany him to collect eggs and walk the horse whenever he came over. We really enjoyed exploding the local area too and swam in the river nearby and went canoeing and cycling. We had a great experience at this house. Thank you!

Una casa con unos exteriores para disfrutar en familia

Lo que más nos ha gustado de esta casa es su localización (está cerca de ciudades como Averio, Coimbra y Oporto) y sus exteriores (con una piscina increíble, con pista de voleibol, de bádminton, y con mucho espacio para que se puedan mover los niños). El propietario Tiago ha sido muy amable y atento, y nos ayudó a resolver un problema que tuvimos a la llegada con los peajes (que son un poco complicados en Portugal). La casa está bien con una terraza muy espaciosa donde poder desayunar, comer o cenar. Las habitaciones son también muy bonitas ---estilo rústico--- y cómodas, pero dos ellas tienen el problema de que están muy poco insonorizadas (aunque cuando estás de vacaciones eso da un poco igual).
