Apartment in the city centre and located in a building that sits on the archaeological remains of the wall on the Ladera de El Portón from the 16th century, of the Castle of Santa Barbara, a protected area and rehabilitated by urban planning.
The amenities offered by the house are excellent, to make your stay comfortable, perfect for 2 people and with capacity for 5. With a room with a double bed and a balcony, living/dining room with a double sofa bed and another single sofa bed and a beautiful Spanish-style balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the castle of Santa Barbara and the basilica of Santa María, as well as its kitchen and bathroom, very bright. Fully equipped (elevator, air conditioning, fridge, washing machine, TV, kitchen, linen, bathroom, wifi)
Its excellent location in the old town (EL BARRIO) and close to Postiguet Beach make it a good choice for your holidays, leisure and attractive activities for the traveller, both for a getaway with friends or family. 3 minutes walk from the beach and the port, surrounded by tourist attractions, Cathedrals, Town Hall, Churches, Basilicas, Castle, Museums, Theatres, Parks, shops, supermarkets, stores (Central Market), bars, tapas and pubs.
You don't need a car, it is easy to get there by bus, which arrive directly from the airport (LINE 6C), or taxi, or by tram.

In my apartment you will find a folder with information about everything you can see and do in the surroundings and public services, we will also keep you informed by WhatsApp. * We are committed to delivering an apartment in optimal conditions, complying with health regulations, for your enjoyment and tranquility of your vacation. * We also change the preparation time between reservations, for better cleaning. In case you want to enter or leave before or after, you must communicate it in advance. * The keys are delivered in the apartment. * We will also ask you to fill out the traveler registration before your check in according to Spanish tourist legislation of the Valencian Community, all guests staying (adults and children) must complete it. We will send a link or QR to fill out, it is automatic and very easy. * Arrivals after 11:00 p.m. will pay an extra of € 30. * Smoking is prohibited (on the balcony if it is allowed). *Parties are prohibited inside the apartment, due to community rules. *The apartment is prepared only for the number of guests confirmed in the reservation, otherwise the difference will be paid for each extra guest, you can notify us before your arrival. *The apartment has internet, the access code is given on the day of arrival. Because it is changed from time to time. (changing the password is prohibited). *The water heater is electric, so, as is normal, if all the hot water is used up, you will have to wait for the hot water to be restored again. *The a/c is hot and cold, it heats up the environment quickly, but as long as the windows are closed, we remind you that you must turn it off before your check-out. *The apartment is delivered in good condition, so we remind you to collect the dishes from the sink and the garbage, before your check-out, otherwise it entails an extra charge of €25. *IMPORTANT FOR SHORT STAYS ALL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED: Electricity, water, WIFI, sheets and towels. Very smooth procedure from booking to gaining entrance to the property to leaving. The host was always available via WhatsApp and replied very promptly to any queries. She also messaged with any interesting events occurring in the area. The property was perfect size although kitchen prep space limited if you planning to cook in apartment. location was amazing, directly opposite the Santa Maria basilica...was lovely to hear the bells chiming,10am to 10pm. Less than 5 minutes walk to beach and port area and 2 minutes to bars/restaurants/shops. The only surprise to us is that we were asked to pay €100 on arrival to cover cost of electricity. This was calculated at the end of the month and any refund given. I did not see anything regarding this in the small print or mentioned at booking process.
