## Space
With its unique design, the maisonette is arranged over 4 levels set within a Listed building complex considered one of the UK's most important Modernist housing developments which boasts award winning gardens.
The floors are flooded with natural day light and full width windows offering vistas of Big Ben and Parliament and panoramic views across Westminster from our private roof terrace.
The newly decorated flat contains two double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom which can accommodate an extra guest.
## Access
The apartment is located in a prime area of central London, only a minute away from Pimlico Underground Station and a 10 minute walk to Victoria Train Station.
The entire maisonette is accessible to guests as well as a private roof terrace. If you are impressed by modern architecture, then you could explore the Grade II Listed Estate within a designated Conservation Area and enjoy the award winning gardens and courtyards.
## Interaction
I will be always available on the phone for any questions or help.
## Neighborhood
Pimlico is a magical area and could hardly be more central, with Westminster Abbey and Tate Britain and even Soho within walking distance. Although it is in such a central spot it still has an intimate village like atmosphere.
The area has an incredible range of independent places to eat and drink. A real dinner favourite is Grumbles on Churton Street; a traditional bistro. The vintage Regency Café is an authentic 1960's Café featured in many films and TV shows and has good traditional British dishes such as fish and chips and English breakfast fry ups. Cask on Tachbrook Street is an award winning craft beer pub which also has excellent food.
## Transit
The apartment is within one minutes waking distance of Pimlico Tube Station.
The Victoria Line serves this station, and you'll be able to use this route to get to Oxford Circus Tube Station and the fantastic shopping on Oxford Street in around 6 minutes, or carry on to Kings Cross (10 minutes), and then walk to the British Museum and British Library. You could also use nearby Victoria Tube Station, which is just over a 10 minute walk from Pimlico.
If you would rather get a taxi than use the London Underground or local bus routes, you'll find a number of taxi services in Pimlico, all of which are near Pimlico Tube Station. In addition to the local firms, you could always hail one of London's iconic black cabs.
You could also rent out a bicycle for as little as £2. Simply go to the closest docking station and touch the screen to get started. But please take care when cycling as the roads can be busy in central London.
