Villa Calma is an elegant detached-villa with a private pool and a beautiful garden with lawn, located in the peaceful urbanisation of Son Serra Nova, in the north of Mallorca, right in the bay of Alcúdia. This area, still preserved from mass tourism, offers the perfect tranquillity for an unforgettable holiday.

The villa, with its classic-modern Mediterranean style, is spread over two floors with a functional design and easy access. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy entrance hall, a spacious living-dining room with direct access to an outdoor terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay.

It has four double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) for your comfort. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, one has two single beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is on the upper floor.

The exterior is a true oasis of relaxation: a furnished porch for al fresco dining, a private saltwater pool (4x8m) with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.80m, and a spacious 14x4.5m terrace, perfect for sunbathing. The well-kept, accessible garden is ideal for families seeking comfort and space.

Son Serra Marina is one of the few places in Mallorca that still retains the authentic atmosphere of traditional summer holidays. The villa is located between two unspoilt beaches and features a charming small marina, making it a perfect spot for both nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Here, you will enjoy not only spectacular sea views, but also the calm of the surroundings and magical evenings strolling around or simply relaxing on the terrace.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Buchung war sehr komfortabel mit der einfach strukturierten Buchungs-App. Auch die hinterlegte Kaution wurde innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Abreise zurück erstattet. Die Villa Calma liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend. Ideal zur Erholung und fern ab vom Massentourismus. Der Inhaber war sehr zuvor kommend. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und wird vom Inhaber sehr gepflegt. Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Auch der Pool ließ keine Wünsche offen, schön groß und super sauber. Ein Begrüßungskorb mit Obst und einer Flasche Wein fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Mit einem Mietwagen, der absolut empfohlen wird, kann man viele Hotspots vom Mallorca einfach erreichen. Es war einfach ein ganz toller Urlaub. Wir werden gerne noch einmal wieder kommen und über Planet Villas buchen.

zum Frühstück auf die Sonnenterrasse, Garten, Terrasse und Balkone laden zum Bücherlesen und chillen ein, alles in einer ruhige Lage, top Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.
