Recently built house just decorated, two heights with private pool and parking, and has everything for six people. Now with free Wi-Fi internet access.
In the ground floor there is:
A spacious living room equipped with TV, satellite (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch and English channels. English only news) and DVD. From here we access the pool, the terrace with barbecue.
A full shower room.
Large kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, iron, toaster, blender, coffee maker.
La solana, with washing machine and clothesline.
The upper floor consists of:
Double room suite with 160 cm bed. and full sink with bathtub. It has a terrace overlooking Puerto Marina Rubicon.
Double bedroom 1, with two 90 cm beds and fitted wardrobes.
Double room 2, also with two 90 cm beds.
A large bathroom with tub and lighting with natural light through the ceiling.
