Sauber und gepflegt, schöne Terasse und toller Blick von den Balkonen. Die Lage ist in Ordnung wenn man über ein Auto verfügt, da der nächste richtige Strand und das Ortszentrum jeweils kurze Strecken entfernt sind, die zu Fuß etwas mühsam wären, besonders da die Straße keinen richtigen Bürgersteig hat. Mit dem Auto ist man aber überall in wenigen Minuten. Leider ist der Lärm von der Straße nachts mit unter etwas unangenehm, es empfiehlt sich, Oropax mitzubringen. Die Hausherrin ist wirklich ausgesprochen Gastfreundlich und sehr bemüht, ihren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Mit jedem Anliegen wurde uns motiviert weitergeholfen, daher Bestnote. Der der Wohnung am nächsten gelegene größere Strand ist, wie gesagt, nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die Wasserqualität ist hervorragend und auch das Strandrestaurant bietet eine erstaunliche Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu einem günstigen Preis. In der Hauptsaison war der Strand zwar jeden Tag sehr voll, wir haben aber immer einen Parkplatz und einen Liegeplatz gefunden. Das Städtchen Rab ist sehr schön und bietet mit mit zahlreichen Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Bars viele Optionen um sich zu amüsieren. Morgens gibt es einen Fischmarkt, auf dem fangfrische Ware zu einem Spottpreis angeboten wird. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und können sie guten Gewissens mit einem Hinweis auf das tolle Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis weiterempfehlen.
