Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment within walking distance of the beach!
Vaulted ceilings, large deck with gas BBQ, private entrance and a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen.
Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to Fashion Island shopping mall, Pelican Hill Golf Course, Crystal Cove State Beach, Balboa Island and much more.
A perfect Holiday spot for couples or families! Beach towels and beach chairs available for your use.

There is also a separate 1 bedroom studio downstairs available that sleeps two. See VRBO listing # 739255.

Beautiful little villa that worked great for 3 adults. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and fun gift baskets upon arrival. Colleen was a great host and easy to communicate with. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the balcony area for morning coffee and an evening BBQ/dinners. Such a beautiful location and we look forward to staying here again next time we are in the area!!

Great one BR location

We stayed here for three weeks and it was great. Everything was neat, clean and as advertised. One block off PCH made quick shopping and restaurants an easy walk.

Fantastic location and close to everything the beach community had to offer.

The location alone was enough for us. Very spacious for a one bedroom with an amazing sunset view on the patio. I would highly recommend this rental!
