Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr schön und geräumig, es war alles da in der Küche was wir brauchten( genügend Töpfe und Pfannen und Geschirr) . Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich u d hilfsbereit. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher da. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche ausgetauscht. Der Vermieter hat für uns an einem Tag gegrillt, das war auch toll! Und einmal hat die Vermieterin auch unsere Wäsche gewaschen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer war sehr schön! Es ist auf jeden Fall gut, ein Auto vor Ort zu haben um die Umgebung zu erkunden!

Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und es gibt viel Stauraum. Der Balkon ist groß und hat eine fabelhafte Aussicht aufs Meer. Da es in der Nähe keinen Bäcker gibt, hätten wir uns einen Toaster gewünscht, um Brot aufbacken zu können. Die Hausleute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - es gab eigene Feigen und selbstgemachten Wein als Gastgeschenk. Njivice ist ein schöner Ferienort mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Konobas, aber Mitte August war es wirklich sehr überlaufen. An den offiziellen Stränden war es schwierig einen Platz zu finden und abends haben sich Massen an der Promenade entlanggeschoben. Da waren wir froh, dass wir eher außerhalb gewohnt haben. Aber man muss wissen, dass man zum Einkaufen und für an den Strand eigentlich immer ins Auto steigen muss. Fürs Auto gibt es einen schattigen Parkplatz hinterm Haus.

Ganz tolle Gastgeber
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Gastgeber sind total lieb und hilfsbereit.😍 Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass das Haus in einem Wohngebiet steht, wo man zwar weg vom Trubel ist, dafür aber auch nichts fußläufig machen kann. Der Ort ist gute 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch zum Strand ( der im August sehr überfüllt war) läuft man mindestens 15 - 20 Minuten. Das Auto kann man im Schatten hinter dem Haus parken. 👍

:inlove: A szállás olyan, mint a képeken, a kilátás a teraszról sokkal szebb, nem adja vissza a fotó. Helyileg messzebb fekszik a kikötőtől, a városközponttól, de a strandok 10-15 perces sétával elérhetők. A tulajdonosok rettenetesen aranyosak, mindent megtesznek, hogy jól érezze magát a vendég. 3 garnitúra törölköző várt bennünket fejenként, 3 csere kéztörlő a mosdóba, 3 kilépő a zuhanyzóhoz, 3 felmosó. Másnap reggel frissen sütött fánkocskákat kaptunk, a gyerekek 1-1 nagy doboz Kinder csokit. Távozáskor egy palack horvát borral búcsúztak tőlünk. Mindenben segítettek, ha kérdésünk volt. Van WC papír, szemeteszsák (nem jellemző máshol), hűtő nagyobb fagyasztó rekesszel. A wifi néha akadozott, de mi voltunk a legfelső szinten, gondolom, lentebb erősebb a jel. Nagyon csendes környék, nincsenek kabócák sem. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom <3
