Plusy · Lokalizacja genialna, jakieś 50 m do najbliższej i chyba najładniejszej plaży w okolicy. Apartament w porządku dla dwóch rodzin 2+2. Trzy sypialnie dosyć duże, łózka wygodne. Praktycznie w każdej sypialni zmieści się łóżeczko turystyczne dla dzieci. Pościel i ręczniki zapewnione i po tygodniu wymienione. Kuchnia dosyć dobrze wyposażona, spokojnie można gotować samemu, pomijając kwestię lodówki i zmywarki. W domu jedynie salon klimatyzowany. Na działce kawałek ogródka i zadaszona altanka ze stołami. Balkon z widokiem na morze, z dwoma stolikami i krzesłami. W domu jest wifi i dział całkiem dobrze. Blisko do sklepu (Riboli), piekarni i do knajpek, na plaży trampolina i dmuchaniec dla dzieci - a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Świetna baza wypadowa do Trogiru, Splitu, na wyspę Ciovo. Blisko do większych sklepów - Lidl, Kauf. Minusy Generalnie dom wymaga trochę inwestycji, chociażby odmalowania ścian czy poprawy instalacji elektrycznej (gdzieniegdzie wystają ze ścian przewody i gniazdka). W sypialniach jest mało półek, nie ma komód, na których można przechowywać ubrania, są tylko szafy i szafeczki nocne. Łazienki są 2 szt. - jedna, większa z wanną, druga mniejsza z prysznicem, są znośne, ale wymagają doinwestowania lub odświeżenia, Brakuje pralki (chociaż jest na nią miejsce), baterie przeciekają, odpływy umywalek są pozapychane, jest bardzo mało wieszaków i półek. W kuchni lodówka wymaga naprawy lub wymiany, bardzo słabo chłodzi i nie ma półek na drzwiach. Ponadto w kuchni brakuje stołu albo blatu, jedna ściana jest zupełnie niewykorzystana. W kuchni bardzo brakuje też zmywarki (która niby w opisie jest, ale de facto jej nie ma). W salonie kanapa jest niezbyt wygodna, przydałby się na jej miejsce narożnik. Szafkę pod telewizorem przydałoby się wymienić i zorganizować trochę lepiej plątaninę kabli. TV archaiczny kineskopowy, zupełnie zbędny. W salonie jedno z okiem się nie zamykało. Klimatyzacja przydałby się w całym domu, a już na pewno w sypialniach, gdzie w nocy było nieznośnie gorąco. Ogródek, fajnie że jest, ale jest też trochę zaniedbany i wymaga trochę pracy. Generalnie nie chciałbym wyjść na malkontenta, bo w domu dało się spokojnie w miarę komfortowo za tę cenę, przetrwać 2 tygodnie, a biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację (rzut beretem od plaży) i spokojne sąsiedztwo to jest to idealny wybór dla rodzin z dziećmi. 8)

2 percre a tengerparttól, vannak a körnéken üzletek, boltok, éttermek. Kocsival 30-40 perc Split. Nagy udvar a gyerek nagyon élvezte, bár sajnálom, hogy nem volt hely nyársaláshoz, bográcsoláshoz. Jó panoráma a tengerre. Összességében ajánlani tudom! Ha nem is jövőre még visszatérünk ide.

A szállás teljesen megfelelt az előzetesen (a honlapon található képek alapján) elvártnak. Ha több helység lett volna klímás, kitűnőt kapott volna. A strand vize időnként nem volt teljesen tiszta, a hely osztályzatát pedig a reptér zaja csökkentette.Ezzel együtt jól sikerült a nyaralásunk, mert ezek nem jelentettek komoly problémát. Oszvald Pál
