Villa Sevi Grande is a classy villa, finished to the highest standard and perfectly located. Sleeping up to 10/12 guests in carefully restored interiors full of traditional charme, this villa is a truly perfect holiday home close to the best beaches of Crete (such as Balos and Falasarna). Surrounded by extensive gardens with flowers, provided with a huge swimming pool (10m x 6m), blessed by glorious views over the sea and the surrounding countryside, Villa Sevi Grande has been designed to impress.

Inside the villa is set over 2 floors for a total of 200sqm. There are 5 bedrooms in total (with 2 extra sofa beds, for a total of 12 guests maximim) as well as 4 bathrooms and large common areas. All the interiors are air-conditioned (included in the price), spotlessy clean and beautifully mantained by the friendly owners.

The outdoor areas have been designed to enjoy most of the glorious Cretan sunshine. Enjoy a delicious meal charcoal-grilled on the brick-built barbecue, or enjoy a refreshing dip in the large private pool, or just relax with a book under the shade pampered by the gentle breeze. Villa Sevi Grande will amaze you!

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, welcome pack, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.

Distances: Nearest beach (Nopigia) 3km away, supermarkets (Kolymbari) 3km away, Chania (airport) 25km away, the best beaches of Crete (Falasarna, Balos, Kolymbari, Platanias) are all within 25 km from the villa.

My friends and I (8 people) stayed at this lovely Villa for almost 10 days last week (June 2024) and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect in a quiet and peaceful area. The Villa was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The swimming pool and the BBQ area, fully equipped, were great to enjoy our time together at the Villa!. The Owner was so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation!

This is a beautiful villa in a stunning part of Crete. It is ideally located for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches in Crete and some of the most fabulous restaurants and tavernas but you will need a car and will often find yourself in 1st gear as the roads are steep. The villa is quiet and peaceful in the day with a beautiful large swimming pool where you can sunbathe and watch the griffon vultures soar overhead. The view is superb. It is very well equipped and we could not fault it. Everything worked and the air conditioning was useful at night. We were a family of 11 with adult, married children and their partners and could not rate this villa and the time we spent there highly enough

We spent 10 wonderful days in Villa Sevi Grande - a beautiful villa, with the most spectacular view over the mountains & the sea. An absolutely fantastic pool, where you can actually swim. We were 3 generations celebrating my birthday and we totally enjoyed our stay. Eftikes, the host, was very helpful and could be contacted 24/7. We asked him to turn of the automatic night light and were able to see the most awesome night sky - millions of stars lighting up the night, it was magic. Please remember to rent a car, as the villa is located in the mountains, with no cafes, restaurants or shop. Great restaurants & beaches can be reached in 10 - 25 minutes. This is a great place for families or friends to enjoy som quality time together. I will highly recommend this place.

Crete 2019

Checkin was simple, arrived after hours and key was where it was promised. Water, juice and food already in refrigerator big plus. Villa was just like pictures and location was perfect for the beaches we visited. Resturants and market less than 10 min. Enjoyed the villa, plenty of room for the 7 of us on the trip. Would definitely book again if in the area.

"I would recommend this place. Villa has everything for a big company or family. The pool is the best I have ever had. Excellent beaches in about 30-40 minutes drive as well as Chaina - city with vary nightlife. The area near the villa is rural, calm and quiet. Be prepared to travel by car a lot." Huset var beläget i en liten by, 30 minuter bilkörning från Chania. Ägaren väldigt trevlig som lät oss att checka ut senare pga. vår flyg utan några problem. Vi var väldigt nöjda med boendet överlag.
