Für uns genau die richtige Unterkunft in Valbandon Wir wurden sehr freundlich von dem Gastgeber empfangen, der uns die Wohnung zeigte und Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und offensichtlich noch sehr neu. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber. Alles was man brauchen könnte, war vorhanden (Spülmaschinentaps, Klopapier, Waschmittel, Essig+Öl, Salz und Pfeffer, Geschirrhandtücher ......) Die Klimaanlage und der Ventilator sind sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, der fast den ganzen Tag Schatten bietet und eine schöne Aussicht hat. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung. Der Eingang zur Wohnung befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Gartentor. Das Gastgeberehepaar war sehr aufmerksam, immer erreichbar und auf unser Wohl bedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Matratzen sind für "ältere" Rücken etwas zu weich.

Die Fereinwohnung war sehr gemütlich. Auch von einem großen Vorteil war die Klimaanlage, hat uns in der Nacht sehr geholfen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundich und hilfsbereit.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili . La sistemazione è adeguata per 4 persone e non manca nulla, dalle pentole/stoviglie in cucina al bagno. Pulizia impeccabile. Si arriva al mare a piedi dopo una breve passeggiata. Consigliato per chi vuole stare al mare mattina e pomeriggio e in tranquillità alla sera.

Az apartman kiválóan felszerelt, kényelmes, tökéletesen tiszta, frissen kialakított, vadonatúj berendezéssel. Az apartman erkélye egy lomos szomszédos telekre néz. A ház körül erős macska szag van, ettől a terasz élvezhetetlen.
