The apartment holds breathtaking view of the Dasoudi Eucalyptus forest, which actually separates the flat from the beach. The flat is situated at the tourist area of Germasogeia in Limassol within walking distance from shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars. There are three restaurants in the building, tourist shop, salon de coiffeur and a car rental shop. Within one kilometer radius there are fish taverns, meat, Italian, Chinese and other cuisine restaurants. Moreover, there are all kinds of international chains of fast food and coffee shops. Furthermore, there is a hypermarket, winery shops, pharmacies, delicatessen, bakeries, patisseries, hotels, and night clubs. At the Dasoudi beach there is the "Dasoudi Playground By the Sea", which has swings, slides, see saw, a little house and a big ship with small benches, slide and climbing areas, waiting for the small guests, to raise their appetite to run, and play all day long. After taking a nice hot bath using the apartment's soaps, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and face masks simply decide based on a variety of choices on how to spend your evening. In order to activate the air conditions remotely (Wi-Fi) tenants must download the application (app) "AC Freedom" either by using an Android mobile or an IOS mobile.
