Posizione dell'alloggio ottima. Comoda a tutto, sia alle spiagge più protette e belle che al centro che ai supermercati. Da non sottovalutare il posto auto riservato. Molto comoda la dotazione degli elettrodomestici: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, bollitore. Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima vacanza. Volendo essere puntigliosi: l'appartamento subisce l'effetto degli anni, serramenti con qualche problemino. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale della stanza da 3 è parecchio duro, l'area verde non è molto fruibile.
