Traditional breton cottage near beach in huge fenced park for total privacy

Enjoy your stay in this timeless property. It is ideally located to explore the many richness offered by south britanny. A 10 minutes drive will take you to the beach. Inbetween trips, you can enjoy the peace one feels being in this ancient house, that nevertheless offers all that is required for modern comfort. The outside is stunning ! On the patio you'll want to have your meals as soon as the sun is out. You're more than welcome to relax on the loungers there to. From there, you're view will not be disturbed by neighbors activities. They are kept at bay too far to be an annoyance. Just enjoy the trees, the flowers, the calm. And if you are up for a walk, the park awaits you. And if the kids want to play, the dog run, they have plenty of space for that, but don't worry, they won't go further than the fence.
But let's get back inside. You will find big open spaces for sharing with your kin, but also nooks for relaxing on your own.

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Haus in der Bretagne! Insbesondere mit Hund war das Haus einfach perfekt, da der wunderschöne und sehr große Garten wirklich komplett eingezäunt ist.

Garten riesig, Haus schön und mit Charme. Der Autoverkehr der Straße ist bei ungünstigen Windbedingungen zu hören. Eine Klimaanlage brauchten wir zwar nicht, konnten wir aber auch partout nicht finden, könnte aber bei mehreren Tagen mit subtropischen Temperaturen fehlen. Durch die dicken Mauern bleibt das Haus aber schön kühl.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Haus von Christophe. Das große Grundstück war für die Kinder und den Hund absolut klasse. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz,allerdings ist anzumerken, dass es sehr hellhörig ist.

sehr schöne, entspannte ferien

wir haben erneut ferien in diesem wunderbaren, interessant und sympathisch eingerichtetem haus mit dem tollen garten verbracht und jeden moment dort und in der tollen umgebung genossen. das haus ist bestens ausgestattet (inklusive händtücher, bettwäsche, küchenutensilien über dem üblichen standard) und es gibt viele möglichkeit dort und im garten zeit zu verbringen, aber auch die schöne natur und beschauliche städte lassen einen eine besondere zeit in der bretagne erleben. richtig gut fanden wir erneut, dass fahrräder zur verfügung stehen. - die beschreibungen des hauses sind sehr genau, es gibt viele hilfreiche tipps und ausflugsideen und schnelle, sehr nette und entspannte kommunikation mit dem gastgeber. absolute empfehlung und vielen dank!

Ich freue mich darauf, jedes Jahr Verbesserungen an der Ausstattung vorzunehmen, um den Gästen einen noch komfortableren Aufenthalt zu bieten und sie, die sich für eine erneute Buchung entscheiden, angenehm zu überraschen. Das Fahrrad ist eine der tollen Möglichkeiten, die Gegend zu entdecken, und ich sorge zu Beginn der Saison dafür, dass alle fünf Fahrräder einwandfrei funktionieren. Sie sind in „Vieille Roche“ immer herzlich willkommen.

Super Séjour dans une chaumière typique... La bretagne, le morbihan... La vie

De superbe vacance dans cette chaumière typique bretonne... magnifique... cocooning dans un superbe terrain arboré. Un cadre propice au repos, a la lecture, à une vie douce, Idéalement positionné à 45minutes de Nantes et 20minutes de Vannes. Les rue piétonnes, les crêperies...son port, les iles du golf... Ein Ort zum Entspannen

Das Haus war groß genug, um mehreren Personen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zu bieten. Dazu trägt auch der sehr große Garten bei. Die Austattung war sehr gut (Fahrräder, Grill, Spiele für den Garten). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert. Auch gab es gute Tipps für Einkäufe und Attraktionen in der Umgebung.

Ursprünglich und außergewöhnlich

Ein Haus, wie man es selten findet! Hier wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail Originales, Altes, Neues und Nützliches kombiniert - wirklich einmalig! Uns hat das Haus mit seinem Charme sofort in seinen Bann gezogen. Die Küche ist praktisch ausgestattet, die Bäder sind einfach, aber sehr sauber und ausreichend. Die verschiedenen Schlafzimmer bieten Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, ebenso wie der parkähnliche, gepflegte Garten. Man kommt an Ende eines Urlaubstages in der Umgebung gerne in das Haus zurück! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr vorbildlich. Es gab eine sehr ausführliche Vorabinfo vor der Anreise und auf Fragen hat er während des Urlaubs umgehend geantwortet - vielen Dank für eine tolle Urlaubswoche!

wundervolle ferien

unser aufenthalt war ausnahmslos toll. das haus hat uns allen sehr gefallen, wir haben uns gleich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. es war alles sauber, bestens ausgestattet und eingerichtet. interessante, gemütliche und geschmackvolle ausstattung. bettwäsche und handtücher vorhanden. gute kommunikation mit dem gastgeber. hilfreiche tipps und empfehlungen wurden zugesandt. sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über die fahrräder im anbau. die direkte und weitere umgebung bieten viel schönes zu entdecken. die strände und die natue sind traumhaft. wir haben unseren urlaub sehr genossen, sagen: merci bien, cher christophe!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit bretonischem Charme

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen alten Haus sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das riesige, eingezäunte Grundstück war sehr gepflegt und für unseren Hund einfach super. Die Gegend ist für Erholungssuchende optimal - beschauliche Ortschaften, schöne Strände - was will man mehr. Wir haben vor im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.

Authentisches bretonisches Haus

Das sehr individuell und kreativ gestaltete Haus hat besonders viel Charme. Die Ausstattung ist sehr vielseitig, man findet alles was man braucht. Nur die Beleuchtung beim Abendessen auf der Terrasse war unzureichend. Der Garten ist riesengroß und wunderschön.

Wunderbare Ferien in der Bretagne

Gemeinsam mit Freunden haben wir die Ferien in diesem wunderbaren bretonischen Cottage in vollen Zügen genießen können. Haus und Park sind sehr großzügig angelegt und bieten auch individuelle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man in einer Gruppe verreist. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel ausgestattet, aber vor allem auch äußerst gemütlich. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Grande et belle chaumière dans une magnifique region

Pour les amateurs de belles pierres et de grands espaces. Superbe chaumière avec un immense terrain clôturé parfait avec des enfants et un chien. En cet été caniculaire la fraîcheur de la maison est un vrai plus. Un point central pour visiter la presqu'île de Guérande et le Morbihan. Pas de problèmatique de nuisance sonore, il y a une départementale pas loin mais ce n'est pas du tout gênant. La maison est très bien équipée a l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Manque juste un système d'éclairage sur la terrasse pour profiter des longues soirées d'été. Christophe le propriétaire est réactif et très sympathique.

Tolles Haus! Toller Urlaub!

Perfekt für Urlauber, die auch mal Zeit im und am Haus verbringen wollen. Das Haus hat viel Charme und ist gut ausgestattet. Der riesige Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Für sportliche Aktivitäten, wie Tischtennis oder Federball ist der Platz und das Equipment vorhanden. Das Anwesen ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Chaumière chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Idéal pour un court séjour comme pour des vacances plus longues. A notre arrivée les températures étaient anormalement froides pour la saison. Notre hôte a pris soin de monter le chauffage bien avant notre venue et de nous laisser un stock de bois pour allumer la cheminée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos deux grands enfants et notre chien qui a pu s’en donner à cœur joie dans le parc en toute sécurité. Balades au pied du parc et beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Schönes historisches Landhaus parkähnlichem Grundstück

Großes Haus, geräumige Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung (Betten und Bettwäsche bequem), Voll-Bad und 2 Toiletten, geeignet für Großfamilie. Haustiere erlaubt. Küche voll ausgestattet. Separate Waschküche mit Trockner. Sehr großer parkähnlicher Garten mit vielen Bäumen, schön angelegt, Baum-Schaukel, Grillmöglichkeit, Tischtennis, Sonnenliegen, Strandhandtücher, alles vorhanden und im guten Zustand/ teilweise neuwertig! Ruhige Lage in Flussnähe, nur wenige wenige Autominuten von umliegenden Stränden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Sehr netter Gastgeber, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation! Wir können es sehr weiter empfehlen!

Décevant pour le prix

3 points: 1- la maison est plus que vieillote, très agréable de l'extérieur mais à l'intérieur elle est encore dans son "jus" malgré quelques rares rénovations (SdB de l'étage, mais celle du rdc date de quelques décennies). ce qui est acceptable dans l'absolu mais le prix est trop élevé. J'ai très souvent loué par abritel et le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. 2- la départementale est à moins de 100 mètres et très fréquentée dans la journée. Ce n'est pas un problème pendant la nuit. 3- Le dépôt de la caution est exigé au payement final de la location soit un mois avant le début du séjour. Conséquence: votre caution est débitée pendant 5 semaines. Une pratique que je n'ai jamais connue sur Abritel. Je m'en suis inquiété auprès du propriétaire qui a repoussé le versement d'une semaine. Un geste que je reconnais bien volontiers mais une pratique à changer. Le propriétaire s'est engagé à redonner la caution dès la fin du séjour, ce qui a été fait. A noter, pour rester sur un point positif que le propriétaire est accueillant au téléphone et à certainement le souci de bien faire mais les prestations ne sont pas celles que l'on attend pour le prix de la location.

Merci pour votre avis, qui ne ressemble pas aux autres avis reçus. Je vais ajouter des photos de la salle de bain du bas à mon annonce, ainsi qu’une section « cette location n’est peut-être pas pour vous si… ». Concernant la caution, vous êtes la seule personne à m’avoir jamais demandé d’utiliser un chèque non encaissable, ce qui n’offre pas de garanties suffisantes au propriétaire. Je rends toujours la caution au plus vite et n’ai aucun intérêt à la laisser sur le compte de la plateforme de réservation. J’ai laissé les paramètres par défaut pour la caution lors de la création de mon annonce
