Apartment with living room, kitchenette and bathroom with 1 bedroom 60 meters from the beach.
The well-ventilated apartment with no need for air conditioning.
The house was completely renovated in June 2017.
All systems are new as are the rooms, floors, kitchens and all furnishings. You will only use slippers
Ragusa 40 min. by car, Noto 15 min, Scicli 20 min. Syracuse 45 min, Etna 1h. Beautiful beach, with the possibility for children to live the beach independently since the water is low for the first 80 meters from the shore. Crystal clear water, breathtaking sunsets. Our vacation home was renovated in March 2017. All systems are new as are the rooms, floors, kitchens and all furnishings. You will only use slippers.

My wife and I have been dreaming to host people for the whole life. This job is very satisfying and we bought this property aiming to create accommodation facilities
What makes this property unique
Every day small vans pass just outside the main door selling local products such as vegetables, meat, fresh fish, fresh cheese. Moreover every morning at 7 and at 9/9.30 you can also buy fresh bread, croissant and pizza. You just don't need to go shopping to eat.
We organize guided tours to visit the baroque area of Sicily or in natural places still unknown by tourists. We can give info and support for kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing or simply give you an advice on the best restaurants of the area because we have been tourists in this area before opening Ellumara.
