Detached house in the Umbrian countryside of the town of Ficulle just minutes from the motorway exit and the Fabro-Ficulle train station.
The house is about 20 km from Orvieto, 5 minutes from the Supermarket, 10 minutes from the "Scarzuola" architectural complex (https: // en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Scarzuola), 15 minutes from the equestrian center "La Casella "(http: // www. Lacasella.it) / and the medieval town of Città della Pieve.
Thanks to the railway station and the nearby motorway you can easily reach Orvieto, Perugia, Rome, Florence and Siena in no time.
The apartment, about 160 square meters. It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, living room, lounge and kitchen with appliances is ideal for relaxing holiday periods.
Total beds are 4 + 2 additional.
The structure is completely isolated and fenced with internal garden and several parking spaces.
